Previous Experience: Yup owned a server and I've been Head-Admin on a arma 3 life server and admin on a Altis Life

Reason For Wanting To Be A Mod: I have been part of the support team on Mafia and the only one that always does there job and always did it, I want to extend farther into the staff team. When doing my job as a support team member it was fun and very interesting, I was meeting some new people and to make the players day better by being able to help them straight away and not making them wait *cough cough*. I have developed in the support team and being able to moderate servers I feel I can become a addition to the staff team (moderator).

Situation:

Someone has RDM'd another player and the victim is waiting in helpdesk and has lost alot of gear, how do you handle both sides?
Well depends have the got video evidence? witnesses you cannot prosecute someone with evidence, if they did I'll give the victim that got rdm comp and I'll give the Rdmer, Verbal Warning, Kick or a ban depending if it's a occurring thing or if it's first time or just accident.
