Cave Story 100% route modification

The Cave Story+ 100% speedrunning commitee (which is just me) has ruled:

100% speedruns now require the player to complete the Mr. Little sidequest. That is, Mr. Little has to be returned home.
However, the "all weapon slots used" rule remains the same, which means getting Nemesis from Mr. Little is not a requirement.

Experimentation with this route should start tonight.
