  1. Herbed Citrus Salmon

  5. Ingredients for Marinated Salmon
  6. 2 6oz-8oz pieces Salmon Filets
  7. 1/2 Cup (reserve 1 tsp) of 1 Orange, juiced
  8. 1 sprig bruised Fresh Thyme
  9. 1/4 tsp Diamond Crystal® Coarse Sea Salt

  11. Directions
  12. Assemble all ingredients.
  13. In a shallow container stir together orange juice, thyme and Diamond Crystal® Coarse Sea Salt until salt is dissolved.
  14. Dress/ coat each piece with the marinade.
  15. Leave salmon skin side up in the shallow pan. Cover with plastic wrap
  16. Refrigerate to marinate for 30 minutes.
  17. While salmon is marinating assemble the Citrus Herbed Butter.

  19. Ingredients for Citrus Herbed Butter
  20. 3 Tbsp Unsalted Butter, softened
  21. 1/4 tsp Diamond Crystal® Coarse Sea Salt
  22. 1 tsp Orange Zest, fresh
  23. 1 tsp Thyme, fresh leaves only
  24. 1 tsp Rosemary, fresh leaves, rough chopped
  25. 1 tbsp Italian Parsley, leaves rough chopped
  26. 1 tsp Orange Juice

  28. Directions
  29. Assemble all ingredients.
  30. Combine all ingredients together well to form a well-blended spreadable paste.
  31. Set aside in fridge.

  34. Assembly Ingredients
  35. 1 tsp Olive Oil
  36. 1/4 tsp Diamond Crystal® Coarse Sea Salt
  37. Citrus Herbed Butter
  38. Directions
  39. Assemble all ingredients.
  40. Remove salmon from marinade & lightly dry off fish with a paper towel.
  41. Place fish on baking pan; drizzle with olive oil to coat fish pieces.
  42. Place fish, skin side down, under preheated broiler for approx. 5 minutes.
  43. Remove from broiler; place on serving plate.
  44. Top each piece of fish with 1 tsp of Citrus Herbed butter.
  45. Garnish each piece of fish with 1/8 tsp of Diamond Crystal® Coarse Sea Salt.
  46. Serve immediately.
