A facility mostly submerged under the ground in the water. The part of the facility above water is an ordinary testing lab. The facility has a pressurized elevator that leads down into the deeps, taking one to the true facility. In truth, this place is a storage and testing zone for experimental N.A.R.E technology and weapons. Because N.A.R.E do not advertise themselves in the area of military tech at all, such facilities like this must be kept under strict surveillance and cover. If the facility were at any risk of discovery, planted charges are set to detonate and wipe out the facility regardless of devices or personnel within it at the time; all evidence must be wiped.

Most of the devices located at this facility are experimental weapons and combat gear designed under government orders to help subjugate the rebels that continue to appear. Application for other devices is debatable. Things such as advanced radar devices, cybernetic augmentations and experimental energy sources are not uncommon to find here.

The biggest secret of Atropa Solana are the "child-soldiers". This place is one of three facilities housing a N.A.R.E project to create soldiers from birth, using cybernetics and advanced training to create prodigal soldiers from a young age that can outperform entire troops of ordinary soldiers.
