- oke, ye so u wanna download srcdemo2 just google that shit, then u wanna dl dokan library
- install dokan library and install srcdemo2
- if it opens u'll get a grey control thingy
- 1. u need to make a folder inside your steam/steamapps/common/counter-strike source folder called srcdemo and then select that folder in the srcdemo window under option 1
- 2. make a folder on your desktop called srcdemo2 and do the same
- 3. png is important
- final video fps u set to 60
- motion blur blend rate u set to 5
- shutter is 360
- dont use gaussian blending
- effective recording fps auto sets to 300
- just leave audio as it is
- go into game and find your demo+open demoui
- find your start tick and end ticks, stop the demo and hit edit
- make a new playcommand and set timeusetick, then enter the start tick in the box
- then enter in the commands box: startmovie srcdemo/;host_framerate 300;cl_drawhud 0
- click ok and make another playcommand timeusetick and enter the end tick, then enter endmovie in the commands box
- close srcdemo if it is open and reopen it
- then hit activate
- go into game and click resume on the demoui, clsoe demoui as soon as u can and then alt tab out and dont touch css again
- then, once its done rendering, close css and find the folder on your desktop, if that folder is empty, you might have to do the recording again, after closing css and reopening(software isnt usually like that but it can be), if the folder has .png files in it, it worked, so u go and install lagarith lossless codec, install vdub and open the first picture from the desktop srcdemo folder in vdub. hit video and go to framerate, enter 60 in the box, go to video again and hit compression, select lagarith, let it run then you'll have a renderable file in vegas
- heres the render settings : http://imgur.com/clfKnck
