China tells US and EU not to sanction Russia. Buyao means "Do not" in Chinese.

Also, this is secondhand knowledge and I can't find the exact source, but apparently the USA has had a space plane up for around 600 days, and Russia has plans to reinvigorate their space program, with plans for a space dock, or something of the sort. China is likely to assist Russia, due to how fast China has been expanding technologically.

So it's possible that 2014, 9th Month: New War. Could be a new cold war/space race, rather than a physical war.
