SGDQ18+

I don't know how long this will be or what I'll delve into so I'll try to format it decently.

----- SGDQ (& shoutouts) -----
This was such a good event for me, and for several reasons. First off not only did I finally get another run in, they went pretty well, which I'm hyped about. I had a dumb death in each run, but they were quick and I recovered well so I can't be too upset. I'll probably do a re-stream and watch them back in the next week or so...keep an eye out ;). They were also day 2 so I didn't have to stress about them all week, so that was nice.

The roomies: Ya know, with me being as awkward as I am, I tend to spend a decent amount of time just chillin with whoever I'm rooming with. This time it was Dr4gonBlitz, RipChip, and RagingCherry. Super glad I got in this room. Cherry was super clutch in getting us a 2nd floor room, although how can people splash so loudly at times???, it was nice to not have to use the elevator like at all. He was pretty busy all week and had to head out early, but it was good to meet him, he's pretty chill. RipChip is hecka cool. Just a chill dude to hang and shit talk with, plus he introduced me to people I probably wouldn't have met otherwise, so thanks for that. DB, obviously since we are both SotN BoiZ we've known each other for a while, but I feel like this was the first time we really chilled a bunch. It was a damn good week of chillin with them all and can't wait to do it again. Final thoughts: GC, meat carrots, fuck em or fuuuck em, and any other dumb shit we may have said throughout the week :D.

-RipChip: really glad I met you, as you say "You're good people". Hope we chill more at the next event.

-TheeeeeBobby: First off, this is one of the nicest dudes in the community. He deserves all the support he gets AND MORE. GO SUPPORT THIS MAN. Ahem. I feel like we finally got to chill a bit after being at so many events together and it was fun af. Even more next time?
-AlucardX60: sorry I missed your run and that we didn't get your photo (blame bobby or jon). You're a chill dude and hopefully we'll hang out more at the next one.
-Omni: thank you so much for being on my couch for both runs, it was an honor.
-Boyks and Kate(GTaicho): thanks for having us in your room for jackbox and drinks, that was such a fun night for me.
-Jordan: You know I love ya and I'll always support ya, thanks for the secret show. I'm glad it went well.
-Sleep: thanks for dealing with our rooms bullshit during the finale lol
-Bolshar: remember that time we drove around for 10 years to find a route to the record store?

----- Streaming / Speedrunning / IRL Stuff? -----
From here on out I don't really know what I want to do. I don't really have any games I want to learn atm or go back to (except maybe sm hundo?). I may not even submit for AGDQ (although I should be going) because I don't have any real drive to run anything right now. That may change, but we'll see.

I would like to stream more casual stuff. OoT randos look super fun, despite my lack of knowledge on the game. I may try to do some of those, and as I mentioned above I played way too much SM Arcade, so I may stream some of that as well. My backlog is stupid long, so maybe more casual/blind playthroughs as well.

With my current work hours, it's a little hard to find time to stream comfortably. I start at 4am, so I typically split my sleep, 2-4 hrs before and 2-4hrs after. I'd hate to have to do really short streams ya know? I'm pretty sure I'm done with school for good, so that shouldn't eat anymore of my time, but I am also slowly pushing myself learn more (coding stuff) with that time instead. As much as I like that I'm able to go to these events with the leniency that I have due to my current job, I'd like to have a (real) job eventually.
