The official explanation for the car's damage is that it had been rammed by police *after* having struck more than 30 people. If we are to reject that explanation *then there needs to have been two cars.* Why so? The first car would be the one we saw doing "doughnuts" and then a second *pre-damaged car swapped in.* However - is using two cars a possibility that's rooted in reality? How could the second pre-damaged car have been positioned in advance *when at that time the area was open to the public?* After all - "Peekay's son" may not have seen anything on that day _but he was in the area and able to stroll about._
