Lynch a neapolitan claim day 1:
You either get a scum or get a neapolitan
if you get a scum then you get to day 2 with a neapolitan, an inspect and only one mafia with the possibility of another inspection
if you get a neapolitan, then you get to day 2 with 2 mafias, not so good but ok

Don't lynch a neapolitan claim:
1. Doctor protects: Now lynch a neapolitan claim and you probs get game over for town
2. Doctor doesn't protect: You get into mylo with 2 cc and 2 investigations, lynch the wrong claim and you lose

Lynching day 1 is superior as even if you didn't guess well, you still can win (You get 2 chances to lynch scum)
While lynching day 2 is quite risky, town only got 1 chance to lynch scum
