  1. Zael looks meekly at the pebble, rubbing his nose but nodding, it would due for what he needed but it would not be as he wished. He takes the pebble, setting it to his side and quickly pulling out a page of Parchment, willing it to the table and setting the pebble on the center of it. It was what he deemed part of his work, part of what made Boyd, Boyd. It was his earth essence in its purest form and that is what Zael needed, thus he began to write, this time with less direct symbolism and understanding and more articulate, like a mathmatician writing out equations in a long line he began to draw boxes, layering over each other at varying bisecting angles. So one box would overlay with the corners at the direct centers of the sides of the first box, the next layer would be at the direct center between each of the two points of the first two, the pattern continuing on like this until there was not be a quarter of an inch of space between any two given points.

  3. From here he pulls from each of the corners a line that would, on a small scale, bisect the corners themselves, however that was not the intent. He brings each of the lines down to about a half inch away from the pebble, at the center, looking up at Boyd, "Would you care to see a neat trick...?" He asked, smirking, a new thing he'd only practiced a few times but he was confident enough in his capabiities to render what he intended, "A mix of some Rune Casting and Writing, though arguably it is simply the casting." He stated, placing his hand over the pebble, placing his fingers at the tips of some of those lines, and twisting his wrist, lines drawing behind his finger tips until a full circle was created. He grimaced some, taking a deep breath and pulling upward and like some kind of scifi movie, the entire diagram was suddenly being peeled off the parchment though becoming three dimensional in the process. The lines becoming a wire-like frame, glowing greenish in color, pulsating with mana as he extrapolates the design, the pebble in a small "prison" suspended by many strands from several points of the many over lapping cubes. Even Zael had a hard time grasping what he had just performed in terms of geometry.

  5. He looks on at Boyd, semi-showing off his work, taking the concept, letting it hover over his hand before resting it ont he table, it sitting about a centimeter off the table on a point and spinning slowly, "I'll be cramming that into your wife's staff more or less, allowing more three dimensional placement instead of a sort of written as I go. It'll help me in the long run for things I wish to have placed together."He explains.

  9. Zael smiles at his little... invention? He wasn't sure what to call it, though in actuality it was simple, it was just holding the pebble after all, keeping it relatively untainted by not letting the mana inside it ebb out. He looks it over, watching it slowly spin, a small smile on his face, the concept was rather easy but if he wanted more he'd have to multi layer the idea into many different portions and then pull it out. Metaphyical contraptions were possible just by this theory, allowing him to pull out entire mechanisms from the very Runes he used to contain them. His green eyes looking to the parchment, twirling his pen in hand, reaching forth and beignning to draw again, the exact same diagram easily formed and drawn out like the previous, save he still needed his element.

  11. He glances to a plant, snapping his fingers, it combusting and with a wave of his hand a gust of wind woul enwrap this smoke, keeping it within a barrier of wind itself. Zael pulls it toward him, the smoke trapped inside a vortext air current, he hovering it in his hand and placing the sphere of wind and smoke to the center of his diagram. Just as before he places his fingers at the tips of the lines and twists, connecting them all and pulling back, a sphere wrapping around the ball of wind and smoke, containing it and pulling forth the deca-prison contraption he kind of just disgned on the spot, though the concept was direct. The prisons here were layered this way to contain mana in a powerful manner, allowing transportation of, admittedly very small, materials. He nods some and looks to Boyd, who seems rather busy working, he'd need to talk to him later about getting a pure energy essence, in the mean time however....

  13. Zael looks back to his parchment, pen and mana quickly placed to paper as he begins to draw, this time starting with a Gebo, or Partnership, Rune, a way to bolster a connection between two separate Runes. He places Uruz, or strength, and Ansuz, or Signals on either end of this, then, layers an Ehwaz or Movement Runes together. He keeps the simple in intent and then draws a box around it and quickly begins bisecting, the boxes over layering but he had the correct intent, so he thought. The lines connect to various parts of the diagram this time instead of a sphere, and he takes his finger, pressing ot one strand and from that tip, dashing his finger across to the various other tips, connecting them in one fluid motion until he finished at the final line-tip.

  15. Zael pulls back, eyes wide as a mechnism of some odd formation comes forth, like a small box with a propeller like that of a helicopter, various dingle things hanging off it in no safe formation. Though this was hardly a success as it suddenly collapsed in on itself, the strength rune pulling its center in on itself until it turned into a ball of lined Mana. Zael chuckles, shaking his head, grasping it and crushing the mana, thinking a good moment on how to make this even greater than it was, if he could perfect mechanisms, he could create so many things with such ease... the possiblities.
