How to use patch files!

First, make sure you have xdelta.  Get it here - http://xdelta.org/

Put xdelta, the patch file, and the original file (raw, or v1 release) in the same folder.

Navigate to that folder using cmd prompt:
In cmd Type:  xdelta3.exe -d patchfilename.patch
(replace "patchfilename" with the actual file name)

Voila, now you have the release mkv (or the v2) without having to download a whole new episode!
