  2. To follow up about your request, we offer all of our flavors in bulk amounts (1.25 or 2.5 gallons), with half tubs running around $25-$40 depending on the flavor, and whole tubs $40-$70. Half or whole tubs must be one flavor only, and with our scoop size (which is 5-6 oz., around the size of a baseball) that will serve around 30 for the half tub and 60 for a whole tub. If you would like an event staffed by sodajerks from the Franklin Fountain, the main caveat that will come with that is a minimum price of $1000. Now, if you do choose this instead of buying bulk amounts of ice cream and serving it yourself, what we will do is try to enhance the experience as much as possible within that budget: this could include bringing in toppings like hot fudge or bananas, pre-scooping the ice creams, offering a wider range of flavors, etc., but that is the minimum cost. As a note to you, we typically work with the Sigma Alpha Mu chapter at Penn for Rush as well making milkshakes, so from the perspective of distinguishing yourselves more from fellow fraternities on campus, I would likely recommend going with an option that includes more varied options more like a sundae bar, with toppings and the like. We can also sell toppings and rent out equipment to serve both them and the ice cream for likely less than $1000 if you want to choose that option but keep the cost down, but it will necessitate that you and your brothers serve it if that is the case. Hopefully this was informative, please respond with any further questions that you may have.
