Before you even mod anything, create a copy of your Fallout_default.ini file and place it in a separate folder for safe keeping.

If you see any weird Red exclamation marks in-game or mesh/texture errors/issues then simply do this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rbaluk9aQCE and you should be fine. In fact, you should do that every time you apply new textures or disable them.

Also when downloading mods make sure to scroll down and look for any Updates in the Files tab. They may not always be first in the bump order.

First you will need to go with a mod installer tool. You may only choose one.
