Statement: I was driving up San Andreas Blvd, that's the name of the street I believe heading eastbound on my BMX going to the liqour store to get me some beer. When all of a sudden, I seen the officer [The one in questioning] aiming what appeared to be a handgun, or a taser at two men who were on a motorbike, they were on the left side of the street while the officer was on the right side. They were pointing towards oncoming traffic. The officer then switched from his taser/handgun, withdrawing an MP5, aiming it at the two men on the motorbike. The two men then tried to drive around the officer, getting onto the side walk, when the officer then shot them both with long sprays of ammo. I'd say two thirds of the bullets hit the surrounding building because his aim was terrible. The two men collapsed off of the bike, and died right there on the street. The officer then took off, and came back to the scene later when detectives arrived.

The detectives asked me if I seen the shooting in which I did, then I was brought back here to the station. From my point of view, the officer had no reasonable explanation to shoot the two, as both men were not visibly armed.
