This is my last post on this website [PASTA]

I recently got a new job and on my 2nd day, I told a co-worker I sometimes browse 4chan. He knew about it and asked which boards I went on etc..

He then got up and walked out of the room.. I thought nothing of it, until I was called into the manager's office.

My new boss told me I was "not a good fit for the company", and said my trial period was over. I was fired. I asked why, and by this time another couple of colleagues had walked in.

They said things to the effect of "4chan is sad, pathetic, for kids" and "we hire professionals, not racist sex offenders". I was fucking furious.. I tried to explain that it's just a funny meme site, but they wouldn't listen.

I'm now too embarrassed to ever mention 4chan again irl, and I honestly didn't realize how sad and pathetic everyone thinks it is.

This is my last post on this website.. I'm 28 years old and maybe it's time I grew up and moved to reddit. I feel sick. :(
