  2. Nutritional Information:

  4. Ingredients:
  5. 500g Russet Potatoes (2-3 Medium Russets) 1 tbsp. butter 
Optional: Low fat cheese or sour cream
  6. Directions:
  7. 1. Bring a medium pot of water to a boil. 

  8. 2. Cut potatoes in half and place in boiling water. Boil potatoes for 10 minutes. 

  9. 3. Remove potatoes from water 

  10. 4. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in an electric frying pan 

  11. 5. Add the boiled potatoes into the frying pan and cook for 20-30 minutes on all 
sides.
  12. 6. They come out soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. 

  13. TIP: You can do this same recipe with sweet potatoes as well. Add potatoes to the pan and spread evenly. Fry on both sides until crispy. Add salt and pepper to taste along with the option of adding low fat cheese and/or sour cream according to macros.
