- Effect: Until the beginning of your next turn, increase your Pokemon's Movement Capabilities by X, and increase its Speed Stat by X, where X is your Charisma Modifier. This Bonus is added after Combat Stages have been calculated.

- Prerequisites: Coach, a Pokemon with Jump 4-10 Capabilities

- Target: One of your active Pokemon.
- Effect: Your targeted Pokemon’s Jump Capability is increased by 1.
- Smarter
- Prerequisites: Coach, a Pokemon with Intelligence 4-7 Capabilities

- Effect: Your Pokemon’s Intelligence Capability is increased by 1.
- Stronger
- Prerequisites: Coach, a Pokemon with Power 4-10 Capabilities

- Effect: Whenever your Pokemon makes a roll to use a Capability, they may add +2 to the roll.

- Target: One of your active Pokemon.
- Effect: If the Pokemon’s HP is lowered to 0 or less, it may still act and shift but may not use Moves. If they are lowered to -100% HP, they may not make a Death Saving Throw.
