Put Mewtwo to the front

Scroll down, swap HM04 with Max Potion x1
Swap HM04 with Master Ball x1
Close menu, talk to Giovanni
Psychic everything except Dugtrio (Swift on Dugtrio)

Swap Potion x8 in rival name for Master Ball x1 from last menu
Swap Potion x8 with Max Potion x1, then with HM04
Walk 1 left, 1 down

Walk to tile 1 left 1 down from gym door, face down (or walk down 1)
