It's not necessarily a bad thing but the main thing at this program is going to do is pretty much your car you know you'regonna maintain the muscle that you had and you're going to tone it up but most other is like strictly a strictly cardio on because like I said it doesn't include hand weights I mean there’s a curfew but for the most part there's like no way to bloggers disturb so we're really taking a lot of the muscular strength outtalk and making it more about just muscular endurance is cheer burning energy I'll which is what you want this point on so with that said you can start your program with 10 stairs okay 10 stairs I should take four minutes or so I am and then
