Catch Pidgey
Don't catch any other Pokémon unless the Legendary you have to catch but let it in your PC
Wonder trade Starter until you get a level 1 to 10 pokémon (grind to level 5 if 4- before the timer starts / send back if no attacking move)
Start timer after everyone got his first pokémon
Wonder trade Kanto starter (3 tries max) / send level 21+ back
Wonder trade Fossile (5 tries max) / send level 31+ back
Wonder trade Lucario (as much as you want) / send level 41+ back
The first wonder traded pokémon is the one you just got (Kanto starter/Fossile/Lucario), then you can trade one of your other pokémons instead the new one if you want
Get Lapras and teach him Surf, Strength and Rock Smash BUT you can only use it as last pokémon and can only use Perish Song
Let Legendary in you PC after you get it
Banned Pokémons does not count as an extra try
Turn Wifi On when you have to Wonder trade and turn it Off right after
