  1. The forest was awfully cold this time of year. It was awfully cold, and damp, and, very worst of all, terribly dark, but these weren't the only things making Fluttershy shiver as she walked through one of its thickest portions, searching desperately for little blue-green fluorescent flowers. She had run out at the worst possible moment, and her poor little bear friend was in terrible pain. If it weren't for that, she would have given into the overpowering urge to run, screaming, back to her cottage each time something moved in the trees, or a branch broke under her hoof, or she forgot she was the one breathing so loudly several times over by now. It had been mid-noon when she entered the forest, but before long she only had her racing heart and the sound of her hooffalls to judge the time with, and it had grown nearly dark enough one would be justified in thinking it was night but Luna had somehow forgotten to raise the moon to provide what light it did.
  2.
  3. She scolds herself for even considering the possibility for a second. The rumors are nothing more than that, and the only reason she hadn't heard from her friends in Canterlot was because they were too busy without her, of course. She should have gone to help, why did she stay home when there were plenty of ponies to take care of her animal friends? She berates herself internally again, almost missing a patch of the flowers she needed in the process. After walking a few feet past them, she suddenly remembers what she came for and hurriedly turns around, softly apologizing to the forest before picking the flowers in her mouth and putting them in her saddlebag, coughing a little at the terribly bitter taste. She freezes. A sudden scuttling sound alerts her to a tiny rabbit, white as snow, running away, one hindleg noticeably hurt. "O-oh dear, I'm s-sorry, p-please don't run away!" she yells after it, somehow managing to sound just as timid as usual, then scolds herself under her breath again before running after it.
  4.
  5. The bunny bobs and weaves through the trees with surprising agility given its injury, still never really getting too far ahead of Fluttershy, seemingly headed to the caves on the edge of the forest. Fluttershy barely realizes this this before the bunny slips through a bush, disappearing entirely. The pegasus mare hesitates for a moment before fluttering over it, out of the edge of the forest, whimpering a little as she sees the daunting face of the sheer rock wall that marked the edge of her knowledge of the wilds. Setting herself down carefully and gently, she begins to search, voice shaking almost as much as the rest of her as she calls quietly for the rabbit.
  6.
  7. A long, low, harsh growl from in the forest makes her freeze up, eyes wide, wings locked up even if her brain was working well enough for her to try to flee. A brown, gnarled shape, too large for her to really make it out, slowly slinks into her frame of vision, and some part of her realizes what it is. An old, lone timberwolf, twice her size, one of the most dangerous things in the whole of the forest, and an enormous one even by timberwolf standards. She looks up once it stands before her to find the rabbit she was chasing, perfectly still, dwarfed by the jaws holding it.
  8.
  9. The mare squeaks out "I-I'm s-s-so s-sorry, m-mister tim-timberwolf, I-I didn't m-m-mean to disrespect your t-territory…I-I'll just be g-going n-n-now…p-please?" the last word nearly inaudible. The wolf bares its teeth in what almost looks like a cruel grin before forcing Fluttershy onto her back with an effortless motion of its paw, standing over her comparatively tiny frame and dropping the rabbit next to her head. An overwhelmingly powerful smell washes over the pegasus mare, forcing a shudder down her spine, her eyes wandering down of their own accord to find the wolf's length, a knotted, twisted, almost-carved looking thing, drooling sickly green precum onto the ground just below her spread-eagled form.
  10.
  11. Her cheeks flush instinctively, eyes widening further in terror, trying in vain to push the wolf off her, then to press her hindlegs together, finding her efforts blocked by more than just the weight of the beast and the strength of its own legs, muscles oddly lethargic. "N-n-no…" she whimpers, squeezing her eyes shut, tears beginning to well up in them. The timberwolf pays this no mind, hunching up with a sickening sound of groaning wood, forcing its muzzle against her neck in spite of her attempts to shield it with her face, biting down just hard enough to draw a few tiny beads of blood. This is followed shortly after by the sensation of the beast's drooling tip being pressed against her folds with little delicacy, tears beginning to sting her cheeks as its tapered head slips in just a little, already stretching her wide open, hips reflexively pressing themselves towards it.
  12.
  13. She takes little strangled, sobbing breaths as the beast attempts to press itself further in, meeting resistance for a few moments before tearing her maidenhead, forcing a tiny yelp out of her lips. Its shaft is oddly warm in her, and her mind begins to slowly fuzz over, the mare pointlessly whimpering a quiet "P-please s-s-stop, I d-don't w-want th-this…", more to try to convince herself than anything else. The wolf slips barely halfway into the pegasus' marehood before bottoming out, grimacing, trying to force its way further in, only sending agonizing jolts through Fluttershy's slowly-clouding mind, little squeaks escaping her parted lips in response.
  14.
  15. The beast pulls his slickened member out of her, leaving her feeling bitterly empty, precum drooling out of her as her entrance gapes slightly. He wastes no time in shifting his hips so as to press his head against her other hole, her mind too muzzy for her to notice anywhere but the panicked little part of her that remained in the back of her head, rest of her simply acting out of a terrible need, instinctively relaxing and pushing herself towards the tapered tip of the insistently-prodding shaft. It pops in with a sickening sound and the wolf lets out an oddly insectile hiss of pleasure, its hips and Fluttershy's working in tandem to quickly force the strangely-smooth shaft in to the beginning of its engorged knot, absurd length bulging her belly just slightly. The mare's mind finally cracks entirely as she's forced into climax after climax, hips jerking pointlessly back and forth, nearly taking the knot several times before it finally locks into her, stopping the flow of the sickly ooze that had been carrying just a little of her blood with it, sustaining her mind-numbing pleasure as the timberwolf seemingly reaches orgasm as well, just spurting more of the addicting fluid into her until her belly is just somewhat distended with it.
  16.
  17. Suddenly there is a flash of green and where the wolf had just stood there was a black, jagged shape that vaguely reminds Fluttershy of a pony through her pleasure-fogged eyes, only opened in shock at the sudden emptiness. The thing pulls out whatever what was in her, releasing a flood of the green sap-like ooze, leaving her shaking, body desperately trying to catch its breath in spite of the artificially-induced lethargy, nausea setting in as her brain slowly returns to relative clarity, tears welling up again, stinging against her burning cheeks. She finally recognizes what stands over her and instinctively tries to bolt, but finds her body still too unresponsive to do any more than ineffectually squirm, another flash of green to the side of her head followed by another changeling appearing, helping the first hold her down.
  18.
  19. She mutters a slightly slurred "P-please le…l-let me g-go…" after what seems like an eternity of trying to get her numbed mouth to work.
  20.
  21. "Now, whyever would we do that? You enjoyed every second of what just happened; I can smell it," croons a vaguely motherly voice from just out of Fluttershy's frame of vision, something in the back of her mind wanting, needing to hear more of it. "Let her see us," the voice says, taking a slightly more imperious bent. The changelings lift Fluttershy's head as if their life depends it, and an instantly familiar face slides slickly into the pegasus' vision, shocking her in spite of having already guessed who the voice belonged to. Then another face, simultaneously more and less familiar.
  22.
  23. "T-twilight? What…wh-what's happened to you?" she asks, some part of her knowing full well the answer, heart sinking into her horribly empty stomach.
  24.
  25. The alicorn, now a mockery of her former self, simply smiles as if there was nothing wrong, voice simultaneously more sibilant and warmer than the pegasus' memory of it as she says "I've missed you too, Fluttershy," the words provoking the same reaction in the back of her head as those of Chrysalis. The pegasus finds herself fighting the compulsion to think of her Queen--no, the queen, as "her majesty", the little voice in her head growing slowly louder.
  26.
  27. "I thought my favorite protégé might like to participate in the conversion of the last of her friends. I think she'll make a fine host for the eggs of the hive, don't you, Twilight?" the queen says, a hint of a chuckle in her voice.
  28.
  29. "Certainly, your highness. After all, she certainly enjoyed being used for the pleasure of your guard, as you said she would," Twilight replies, to which the changelings holding Fluttershy make a hacking noise vaguely reminiscent of a laugh. Fluttershy does not respond with anything more than a whimper, tears blurring her vision, partly from despair and partly from the nearly unbearable growing pangs of some unnatural hunger, almost her entire mind praying desperately for this to all be just some bad dream. "Guards, you are to bring our captive to the conversion chamber, after which you will await further orders from our Queen."
  30.
  31. The guards snap to attention, lifting Fluttershy in a manner that would be painful if not for the numbness filling her body, the mare barely noticing, body shaking all over, hunger growing more and more desperate by the second as they approach the caves. They follow Chrysalis and Twilight through a fairly large hole in the cliff face nearby, into a deviously twisting path, the walls growing slowly more and more organic as they descend, matched by an overpowering, intoxicating scent, the need gnawing at her insides blunted slightly by it.
  32.
  33. By the time they reach the hive proper, she's just lucid enough to notice just how massive it is, something about it vaguely reminiscent of a cathedral. Strange translucent green pods, a good number of which seem to have ponies in them, line some of the walls and hang from parts of the ceiling, changelings occasionally checking on the occupied ones. Small bright-coloured dots cover one of the walls, seemingly terribly out of place before Fluttershy realizes, in horror, that they are the mouths of ponies encased in the walls, all of them open, a few being used by some of the surprisingly few changelings she can see.
  34.
  35. She barely has any time to take this in before she is taken into a relatively small room, eight larger versions of the green pods arranged in a semicircle, catching glimpses of bright pink, light blue, orange, darker blue, brilliant white through the murky liquid filling them, knowing somewhere in the pit of her stomach that her friends and the princesses are--or were, in some cases--imprisoned within.
  36.
  37. "Guards, leave us," her Queen commands, sending shiver's down the mare's spine before she realizes what she's thinking and, slightly panicked, tries to stifle the offending thoughts. The guards obey nearly immediately, leaving the three alone in the chamber. Queen Chrysalis bends her head down to Fluttershy's ear, almost-whispering "You're hungry, aren't you, little one? Part of you knows the only way you'll ever be happy again is if you give in to that hunger, doesn't it? Shhh, shhh, soon you'll finally learn your purpose, child, and it will all be better," before ordering Twilight to help the nearly-paralyzed mare into one of the cocoons.
  38.
  39. Fluttershy puts up something barely resembling a struggle as she is lifted by her friend--no, what used to be her friend--into the pod, at least before the edge of one of her wings touches its surface, sending a wave of unimaginable pleasure through her body, making her go limp as she orgasms from no stimulation other than being slowly slid into the liquid. Her eyes roll back into her head and her mouth hangs limply open, allowing the ooze to fill her throat once she is entirely submerged, flowing into every other orifice as well, filling her body with glorious ecstasy, wings sizzling away slowly, new ones growing in their place, holes boring themselves into her legs. All of these agonizingly pleasurable sensations are dwarfed by that of the fur slowly melting away all over her body, leaving behind slick black chitin. Much more indescribable changes begin internally as well, though it's nearly impossible for her to give any of them, or anything else besides, much thought with her whole body so blanketed in bliss.
  40.
  41. Twilight grins, jotting down observations rather casually on a piece of parchment as she watches the corruption set in, already sure that the pegasus would be the quickest yet to break in this chamber. Won't even last a day, she muses, laughing a little to herself.
