Assuming this is for Rs3, you can get Sixth-age circuit ring for
free after completing World Wakes quest. For amulet, dragon rider
amulet is 3rd best and free as well if you complete One of a kind
quest. Otherwise, fury amulet or saradomin whisper can be bought.
For the gear, full bandos would be best. Total cost is ~17m-19m.

The fact that it is the highest non-degradable melee gear, Bandos
has always been a great investment. I can't remember a time when
it has never rebounded from a price decrease. Of course you can
make some modifications provided you have completed some extras,
like Goliath gloves from Dominion tower. As for the amulet,
Saradomin's whisper (melee), murmur (ranged), and hiss (mage)
are the best amulets in game. Whisper is actually quite cheap now
ompared to before, so it's about time to get it. And ring... as
mentioned before, Sixth Age Circuit is best in its class next to
Tokkul-Zo.

terms of raw defence, as they only cost 50k for Lv 75 def (and are
non-degradable unlike the rest of the gano set)
