#OpRight2Rest - Cease & Desist - Notice to Sacramento

		Public Servants and Citizens of the World, We are Anonymous, We Are The Resistance, it has come to our attention that the media has minimized the abuses upon the homeless and other vulnerable populations. The actions of your city are a clear violation of ammendments 1, 4, and 8 of the united states constitution.

		The homeless are not expected to understand the complexities of law, it has already been said, that "no person can begin to..." Moreover, the homeless specifically lack the resources and wherewithal to enforce their rights; to seek remedy and redress, by typical means.

		Therfore, the homeless are seemingly put in a position where one particular 'Maxim of Law' applies, to wit - "If no such remedy exisits one may create their own."

		thus, Anonymous stands with and supports these, and any, non-violent protests, as it is among the people's first right, to seek remedy and redress, and protest, the first amongst many other protections.

		The bill of rights, is a specific document that public  servants MUST adhere too.

		That said, be further advised that any and all established entity, must cease and desist with the unconstitutional acts, ordinances and arrest of the Law Obiding homeless. The ordinances in many corporate cities across the nation, specifically violate The Rights of Humanity and The Law.

		Let it be known, that the formidable force of Anonymous, as a collective, is not limited  by meerly hacking, simple computer systems; such accusations are an attempt to change the narrative; and take the focus away from the real issues; The Rights of the People.

		We are seeking to envoke Our Human Rights. Further Attempts to turn our right to protest into a criminal act, will only add fuel to the preverbial fire; by making your corporate a public  to the health and welfare of societies most vulnerable populations.
