[Excalibur][LFM][HC] New semi-hardcore progression team seeking members A3S+ and 3.2 on

Looking for members for a group to tackle high end content together, at high skill yet reasonable pace. Have fallen a bit behind? Can't put your girlfriends/jobs/finals aside to W1 the metal? No worries, we can still achieve greatness, together.
The group will become Raid 2 under our hardcore progression FC. Our goals will be to tackle A3S and A4S and coming into the next tier, progress together at a decent pace. The team is just forming so it might take a bit of time before we can start seeing results, but missing roles will be filled with R1 alts until the group is full.

Planned raid times:
3+ times a week for 2-3 hours
8PM-12AM EST

Requirements:
Mastery of the job you're applying as
Sufficient item level (195 and up)
A2S cleared
Having access to Teamspeak 3 and willing to actively use it to communicate

We have airships!

Materials proving your proficiency such as parses, POV videos and records of previous achievements are a plus.
