RDM: Killing a Player without a valid Roleplay reason.

A user is prop-spamming, how do you handle this?: I would ban the player for the respected amount of time and remove all props from that user.

A donor is prop-spamming, how do you handle this?:I would kick the player and remove all props from that user then tell a high ranking of staff about the issue.

What is 'FearRP'?:A term used for your character being afraid of a roleplay situation.

What is 'FailRP'?:Doing a roleplay task that you are not allowed to do.

Give an example of both:
FearRP: Some player is mugging you and you you procede to pull a gun out and kill him.
FailRP: A player is spawning ammo for themself and another player comes in and steals it.
You've witnessed a fellow staff member RDM, how do you handle this?: Start recording and see what they do and if they continue show the footage to higher rank staff members.

As a Staff member, you are expected to treat all players equally. What does it mean to be biased?: If my friend is rdming players on the server I give the same punishment to a random player on the server.

A user is disrespecting you, shouting offensive slurs at you. He says his reasoning behind this is because he thinks you aren't doing your job correctly. How do you handle this?: Jail the player and warn him for Staff Disrespect.

Who are more important, the staff, or the players? Why?: Without players there is not reason to have staff and no players means no server. Therefor the players make the server run.

Have you had any past experiences being a staff member on any server?: I have owned 2 servers and been admin for 3 servers. I know what is expected of me.

Tell us why you'd be a good addition to our Staff team (100 words or less): Like again what I said before and i know what is expected of me and I know the pain of not having Staff on a server all the time. And for some people its what puts food on the table is for the server to be running and to have players spend money on it. I can bring more knowledge to the staff team that I believe can benift other staff and players of the server.I have also made a custom map for the server that I would like to be used on the server as it took a bit to make.
