Chapter 12: What Should I Name Chapter 12?

	Apollo stood before the children on the palm-shaped ship. Unfortunately, the area was pitch black; only the green hand-ship was visible due to the green light emanating from the ship.
	"What's happening here?" Serenity whispered to Slur, unable to see the figure. Different voices and the sounds of various metals clanking together could be heard from the ship.
	"What are you doing?"
	"I don't know, I just woke up!"
	"Does anyone have a flashlight? I can't see anything out there."
	"Ugh, just let me do it, and you'll follow."
	Multiple clicks could be heard from the ship, followed with a thin, white beam of light protruding from the sky.
	The area was much more lit up for Serenity. She saw three humanoid figures standing before her on the large, green palm-ship. A short, orange figure was the one who summoned the beam of light from a cannon-like attachment on their arm. They wore thin, green armor and a blue visor that covered his eyes. The one right to him was a tall, slender, pink-skinned woman. Her hair was tied in a bun, and she was shown wearing a thin, long dress similar to that of a male peacock. The last one stood between the two. He was noted by Serenity as the most human-like figure of the three, with apricot skin and short, brown hair. He wore green gloves similar to the appearance of his ships, and appeared to be wearing a blank white shirt and black sweatpants.
	The human-like Figure jumped in the middle of the light, idly levitating around it. He cracked his knuckles and showered the area in a bright, green light. He slowly floated to the ground and smiled at the children.
	"I am Apollo!" Apollo struck a pose. The light turned pink and the pink Figure danced elegantly in the light
 	"I am Hera!" Hera announced, striking a pose as she jumped out. The orange-skinned Figure turned the light off and jumped off of the ship.
	"I'm Hephaestus." Hephaestus simply waved at the children.
	"Anyway, why are you here?" Serenity asked, staring up to Hera. Apollo simply shrugged, and Hephaestus went back into the ship. He came back out holding a bag.
	"We really only came here because we have to get you guys supplies to make it to... Er, wherever you're going." Hephaestus gave the large, cloth back to Slur, then looked around the shabby town "Anyway, should we take them to where they're going instead of setting this kid and Slur to walk halfway across the country?"
	"You bring up a good point, Hephaestus. I guess we could take them, but I really have no idea where I'd be going." Apollo said, staring up to the ship. Slur walked up onto the ship and jumped into the trapdoor on the palm. She turned on the ship and started steering it about.
	"Could I just drive us there?" Slur yelled over the sound of the ship. Serenity picked up the dogs and entered the ship as well, along with the three Figures.
	The inside of the ship was rather tame. At the tip of the middle finger was where the pilot sat, the other three fingers stored bedrooms, and the thumb had absolutely nothing notable in it. As everyone got into the ship, Slur flew off at the slowest speed possible.
	"Ugh, Slur's going slower than that old lady down there." Apollo looked down from a window of the ship, then walked into the middle finger's room to meet with Slur. Hera immediately followed and Hephaestus simply stood in front of Serenity, holding the bag.
	"Wow, what are these things?" Hephaestus started petting Toby. Joey watched in jealousy, wondering why he wasn't getting any attention.
	"I'm Toby!" Toby yelled.
	"And I'm Joey!" Joey announced rather loudly.
	"They're dogs, if you didn't know that. They ingested a Moonstone shard a while ago." Serenity set the two dogs down, staring at the two "They fused together when they got the stone, but they've been separated for a few hours now. Do they just stick back together?"
	"Uh... Let me get something for that." Hephaestus opened the door to the thumb, and came out minutes later with a case of small, clear stones "Figures can only really fuse together when they ingest a stone soon before fusing together. It's really unhealthy to induce fusion with a gem shard, or really anything else that'll change the user's body."
	"Well, the dogs are okay, right?" Serenity looked down to the dogs, concern in her voice.
	"They seem to be okay, but don't let them do that again. If they ever diffuse, give one of the dogs one of these stones." he sets the case in Serenity's hand, seeing eight shimmering stones "They don't really affect the body, and should be used to induce fusion. Just don't expect their new form to look the same if you use those stones."
	Serenity stared at Toby and Joey nervously. She took out one of the stones from the case and threw it into the air, watching Joey catch it and turning into a mass of light. The stone blinded the area and showed the dogs' new form.
	Toby and Joey both fused together to create a large, slender dog. The dog had a pug-like tail and was colored mainly black, orange and white. The dog had trouble walking at first, but eventually got used to his weight.
	"What should you call this new form?" Hephaestus pat the dog's head.
	"I am Joby!"

	N picked up the Stone Boiler and set it down on the couch, observing every angle of it.
	"How does this thing work, exactly?" C2 asked.
	"You really just drop something in it, and then a Figure comes out. It could be anything, but not living things." Percentalina replied, grabbing a pencil "Even this thing can go through the boiler, but the object acts as the core, so you might not want to make a literal army of trash."
	"Oh, thank you for telling us that, but why did you take this here anyway, N?" C2 looked over to Percentalina and poked her nose "It's so human-like, I don't like it."
	"We need to build an army to defend this place. I thought that since a perfect super soldier was sitting right there, ready to fight, I might as well take her as well."
	"Good enough of a reason. But we honestly don't need this, C4 has supplied us with quail cameras, and that's enough for us. If those kids threaten us we can just fight them and most likely win because we're fighting a four year-old and a dog."
	"Aren't they with some sort of Figure too though? We know how strong that Figure they're with is, she destroyed those quails like they were nothing." J countered.
	"Still, just dump enough quails on them and we're good."
	"Well, Mikey has been developing cores made just to go into the Stone Boiler. He has about six of them lying around, but he wont continue working on if he doesn't have a Stone Boiler to work on them with." Percentalina looked into the Boiler, then sat herself onto the couch. N grumbled and hugged to the Stone Boiler
 	"Fine, I'll give Mikey a week to work on the cores. Then I'll take them and the Boiler!" N cackled maniacally and teleported away, leaving Percentalina and C2 to themselves.
	"So, why are you actually doing all of this?" Percentalina sat in the middle, between J and C2.
	"We really just want to take over the country, nothing too big." C2 shrugged and started working on what appeared to be a rather provocative piece of art.
	"Ah, okay then. That seems like a pretty large goal for children your age, but I understand why you'd want to start big." Percentalina rested onto the couch, watching N flash back right before their eyes and holding nothing.
	"I did the deed, now we need to, uh..." N phased out, then heard an alarm go off "Oh god we're being attacked!" the alarm screeched throughout the entire castle. N put on a jacket and grabbed a nearby tennis racket, ready for battle.
	"What kind of mortal dares to pass through our castle!" N yelled, with his answer coming in mere seconds.
	A child lazily rolled into the room, wearing a plain white shirt and shorts as he entered the room.
	"God, I'm so tired..." the child got up, turning off the painfully loud alarm on his phone.
	"N2, it's like 5 in the afternoon." C2 looked down to N2 and started kicking at him.
	"No it isn't, it's 5 in the morning..." he checked his phone "Wait, no, it's 5 in the afternoon Char, set your phone to the right time you weeb." Char gasped and slapped N2 in the face for his comment.
	"Fight me N2, right now!" C2 grabbed the tennis racket, advancing towards N2 before J picked her up.
	"Just because you can't vote, it doesn't mean you two can kill each other." J set C2 down next to Percentalina. N glared at N2 and grabbed his phone, changing the sound of his alarm.
	"I thought we were being invaded! I almost had a heart attack!" N lied down on the couch, breathing heavily. N2 then looked outside of the room, seeing four children running after them.
	"We are being invaded, N."
