Lucy was raised very sheltered on Hanburu, alongside her twin, Vanilla. She had a better relationship as a child with her mother then her father. When she turned 10, Lucy was sent away to further her training. For her training, she was inducted into Sacerdotes de Lumine, an all-female organization run by the Regina, Silk, in Sinnoh. There she was trained in Anti-Pokemon combat, meant for defending of others, which is what lead her to Lavender Town which had a common problem with ghost pokemon running rampant.

Not long after her 15th birthday, she ran into Sky and the gang, tagging along with them to get Ruby to the hospital in Saffron. While there, she was attacked by Gargoyle, whom barred her in chains and left. Not long after being chained up, another man with a similar scar to Gargoyle's used a technique to place her in stasis. She was revived a month later thanks to the group's help.

After the Invasion of Hanburu, Lucy took on the job as the overseer of those on parole, due to her higher skill in collecting money to support said party. She is currently a member of Aura Rainbow and not in a relationship.

Personality/Appearance:
Lucy is extremely hotheaded. Unlike Nella, she has a very short temper... but is also fairly reserved. She has some mental scarring releating to an outburst of hers that hurt those close to her, and will drop into depression once she notices she's going off at someone. She is very protective of those she cares about, and usually one of the first people to jump into battle or use violence to settle a dispute. When confronted with something she doesn't understand, Lucy's fear will get the better of her and she'll either flee to avoid it or fight back in an attempt to defend herself from the unknown, And when confronted with something she believes is wrong will attempt to diplomaticly stop it from happening but if that doesn't work she could fly off the handle and use violence before trying the same thing again. Lucy is very well adapted to her body, mostly due to her being able to age on her own. However, she doesn't feel comfortable around romance, and thus when she feels the slightest amount of care for someone, she confesses to them in the hope they will outright decline her affections and she can move on with her life.

Like all Pureblooded Maji, Lucy has a slim, yet not emaciated, and muscled, yet not bulky, body type. (Sculpted would be a good way to put it) She is average as far as height for a girl her age, leaning slightly to a bit taller... but she is shorter then her sister. She has emerald Green eyes, from her father. She has dark red hair, which is fairly long and thus reaches her lower-back, and has bushy bangs which cover her forehead. She prefers to wear outfits with shades of black or blue, leaning more towards dresses. She likes wearing combat boots, but won't if they don't match her outfit. She usually sleeps in sweatpants and a shirt, and prefers to not sleep in a bra.

Powers:
Lucy has a high control over her powers, which are as of yet all related to her mother's powers... however, if her emotions get out of hand she isn't able to control them.

For her first power, she has a form of Pyrokinesis, the creation of fire by igniting the air, which can be used to a different degree depending on her mood and state of mind. She is able to form fireballs in her hands, which can either have a concentrated heat around her hands or be propelled through the air. Fireballs propelled through the air can be deflected or defended easier due to the fire not having a source of fuel other then the air around it.

One aging to 10, she gained her second power, which is an Extended form of her Pyrokinesis. She is able to push energy into balls and propel them as beams or propel herself into the air or any direction in general. The orbs can substain pressure for a fairly long time, but it takes time to conjure them. They are in fact, able to work under water. Both it and the previous are Fire-based, and thus can not be used if there's not humidity or in areas of extreme temperature(at either end of the spectrum).

During a tramatic event when she was 14, she gained her third power, in which she can superheat her own body, reaching molten-levels of heat and turning her body into a weapon. It increases her speed, power, and stamina dramaticly, but with the counter-effects of making her unable to resist damage as well. After using it, Lucy's body is reduced to critical condition. It is Fire and Earth based, and thus can be used at basically any time.

Lucy's power is likely near it's max, but due to her nature of holding back and the lack of powers given from her Father's genes, there is a chance of her gaining another power.
