Dogeza -
It's translated to kneeling down in the manga, but this has a meaning closer to "prostrate" or "kowtow" in English. (Just that it sounds really out of place there.)
It's a way of expressing deep apology.

The blog's name (一汁一菜) -
"Ichijuu Issai". This would be a note for the last chapter, but anyway...
It translates to "one-plate meal", or literally, "one soup, one dish"
It's a meal consisting of a staple (usually rice), a soup, and a side dish (along with pickled veggies every now and then).
