- 1. Persia has a decision that adds mashriqi,armenian,turkish and kurdish as accepted cultures.

- 3. Greece gets Armenians,Georgians and Assyrians as accepted cultures once it forms Byzantine Empire.

- 1. Machine parts factories now require 3 timber, 8 steel and 4 coal. (Used to be 9 steel and 4 coal)
- 2. Luxury clothes factories require 1,5 regular clothes instead of 0,9.
- 3. Increased bonuses that furniture factories receive from provinces that have timer or lumber mill.
- 4. Fabric factories now require wool as input but they also require less cotton.
