  8. 2. Canada released with all cores, playable country. //Has reduced technology compared to UK//

  10. 4. Australia released, playable country. //Has reduced technology compared to UK//
  11. 5. New Zealand released not suggested for players.
  12. 6. Montenegro now starts with all cores previously controlled by Ottoman Empire.
  13. 7. Bosnia integrated into Austria. // Previously controlled by OE. //
  14. 8. Southern Serbia now part of Serbia.

  21. 3. Analytic Philosophy,Phenomenology and Anti-Rationalism now provide +80% research points instead of +100%.
  22. 4. Malthusian thought,Positivism and Functionalism provide +15% to education instead of +10%.
  23. 5. Darwinism provides +20% to education. (Was +50%)
  24. 6. Removed most of the population growth bonuses from "World in Revolution 7".

  57. 4. Colombia no longer needs to be a great power to form Gran Colombia.

  75. 1. Machine parts factories now require 3 timber, 8 steel and 4 coal. (Used to be 9 steel and 4 coal)
  76. 2. Luxury clothes factories require 1,5 regular clothes instead of 0,9.
  77. 3. Increased bonuses that furniture factories receive from provinces that have timer or lumber mill.
  78. 4. Fabric factories now require wool as input but they also require less cotton.
