<s3>I</s3>n the years after Voldemort's death, a continual pressure to bring an end to the Ministry's remaining prejudiced laws became more prevalent both outside the Ministry and within it. As time passed, individuals such as Hermione Granger led the charge in what was to be the largest overturning and re-writing of laws in the Ministry's history. In addition to these pro-pureblood regulations being abolished, many notable steps have been taken by the Ministry to integrate aspects of muggle culture into their own communities. Including hiring muggles directly related to wizards to maintain positions of work within the Order of Non Veneficus; an extended branch of the Ministry.

Most praise the Ministry's efforts to further along the notion that cultural integration is a positive idea. However, there are those in the wizarding world who would disagree - there always are. It remains the Ministry's job, as it always has been, to protect its citizens from those who wish to disrupt the peace they are still trying to solidify. To further this notion along, the Ministry has finally allowed a muggle investigatory branch to be added to the Department of Magical Law Enforcement - it is this branch along with the Aurors and Hit-Wizards that serve as the handlers of potentially dangerous situations needing Ministry attention.<br><br>

The Ministry has and continues to work with other branches of government to unify the wizarding communities as well.

The Aurors are an elite group of witches and wizards who battle against Dark Arts in the name of the Ministry. some of the ways in which they operate are akin to that of soldiers, however it is more common for them to act as intelligence agents, seeking out Dark wizards and defeating them, often by means of a fierce duel. Currently, the head of the department is Harry Potter.While Harry has proven himself countless times as a proficient and beyond-adequate leader for the job, not many are as willing to join his ranks. The reasons for this vary, but the outcome is the same: there are simply not enough Aurors as there once were.

Training to be an Auror takes three years; the Aurors ask for a minimum of five N.E.W.T.s, with nothing under the "Exceeds Expectations" grade. Apart from Defense Against the Dark Arts, the recommended N.E.W.T.s include Charms, Potions (particularly the study of poisons and antidotes), and Transfiguration. Recently however, many in this branch have begun to up the ante and serve in behalf of the aurors, whose numbers have diminished since the war. Because of this, hostility between the two departments has risen. At the Quidditch WOrld Cup such hostilities lead to the disbanding of the branch and for those willing to "follow the rules" to join the Aurors or leave.
br><br>
The Department of Magical Law Enforcement asks for a minimum of five O.W.L.s, requiring Defence Against the Dark Arts as a natural priority. They require all applicants to be over 17 years of age and "not of a nervous disposition". Once accepted into the program, a Hit-Witch or Hit-Wizard trainee is taught defensive charms, counter-curses, and how to incapacitate-and-capture magical law-breakers without attracting Muggle attention. A trainee has a starting salary of 700 Galleons per month, a Ministry of Magic broomstick, and his or her own regular bed at St Mungo's.</div>

It is magical society’s first, major step towards official integration of the two societies//cultures that share the world.<br> Lately their branch has grown and with the inclusion of magical tech (jump started by one Ms. Gorden and the use of Goblin Gold in circuitry) it stands as a legitimate threat against the NDE. </div>

The Outlaws do what the ministry won't; take out those causing all this pain and violence in their community and taking them out---permanently and playing by their rules. They break laws, morals, whatever that needs to be done to get the job done. They have a large fan-base; people who agree and appreciate with their methods while others see them as trouble added to their already full plate. Still, their goal is just; bring the bad guys down.<br><br>

It is through their ongoing tribulations with individuals of the Wizarding underworld that The Outlaws realize just how inept the Ministry truly is at handling the growing dangers within their world. It is due to this that The Outlaws do not stop fighting, that they travel from place to place following various leads and trails, handling situations the Aurors have dropped, ignored all together, or have yet to even hear a whisper of.<br><br>

The most prominent member aside from Jace Todd and Roy Harper is Artemis Crockett,who has had a key role with the group--providing them with Intel she joins the Neo Death Eaters undercover.<br><br>

While not linked with the Ministry, the Clan does have an accord with Hogwarts and their Headmistress; allowing them to live on the school grounds of the Forbidden Forest in exchange for the protection of their students against the half-breeds that have sided with the NDE. </div>

The four schools from the prophecy are Hogwarts, Beauxbatons, Naivurtiv, and Ilvermorny. Some of the heirs are easy to figure out---Xatanna Zatara being well known for being the heir of DaVinci, but for the others it is up to Lysander Scamander to discover. </div>

However unlike the Death Eaters of old, NDEs take orders from no one individual and use methods meant to one day ensure the public’s support of their beliefs, however long it may take. Instead of rallying behind one person and using his/her belief system as their basis, these different blood-purity factions and individuals have all come together to slowly take the Wizarding World by storm. With experienced terrorists, Snatchers, former Death Eaters, and current Ministry Officials on their side (and more joining their ranks every day), they surely do not believe that their methods and overall message can be beat.

By the time they’re through with Wizarding Communities worldwide, they believe all will succumb to the basic fact (in their eyes) that those without magic are unfit to continue living and destroying the world that wizards and witches should be free to roam and practice in whenever they deem fit. They are not above using any means necessary to achieve this goal.<br><br>

Originally one of the oldest resting spots for those of pure blood, the city was built on top of the founding families' ancestors, thus providing added, magical protection for those descended from those lines.<br><br>

That's right - this place is build on top of dead people.<br><br>

For the past 20 years, this dark Wizarding city has flourished at a pace matching the advancements occurring within the rest of the Wizarding World. While they are not as up to par with technology as muggles and those within the Ministry who deem such mugglery appropriate, The Graveyard is a city that is reminiscent of the industrial revolution.

The Fun House (no longer a secret) is now a major hub for slaughter, torture, and 'modification'.

The family names permitted to dwell in the Graveyard include Borgin, Burke, Macnair, Dolohov, Yaxley, Blishwick, Rowle, Montague, Greengrass, Black, Lestrange, Gamp.

NOTE: That doesn't mean that those related to these families have to live here, just that they are permitted to, should they wish it.

<i>The Vault</i><br>
Located in the center of the Pillars of Hades is an entrance to the underground crypt where all the ancestors eternally rest. This area within the catacombs is considered a sacred one and is where all main Neo Death Eater meetings take place and the sacred seven gather in the Gaunt Tomb.

The founding council members have all created one horcrux to ensure their rule but should one fall another family steps in line;making their safety questionable against not only their enemies but those seeking to graps power.<br><br>

The goal of the seven is to eventually overthrow the Ministry and become the new power. They mainly meet in the deepest catacombs of the Graveyard, surrounding by the darkest of magic to ensure their safety. Currently the Council is made up of Vladimir Borgin, Daphne Greengrass, Murdock Macnair, Henrie Montague, Zalina Rosier, Pietro Rowle, and Eska Yaxley.

Snatchers have no qualms capturing and delivering any parcel (meaning, yes - person), so long as they get paid. They generally operate from the Fun House (located in The Graveyard), which is why they most often make the exchange at this location as well - after all, it is where a person looking to hurt another person would go. So, why not make it easy for the cutomer and deliver their victims straight to the horror show? It was the most logical option, surely - also the best breeding ground for new customers.</div>

Before it had a name, Project Sanguis was a group of twisted purebloods who found it satisfying to pass their time by slowly torturing muggle-borns and muggles, watching with a sense of accomplishment each time a dirty, insignificant candle was blown out. Over the years, they became...creative. Sparking an interest in...magical science if you will. The first to lead the way on such experiments was Lawrence Crockett, a well renown Healer now turned rouge.<br><br>

Lawrence was obsessed with becoming pure-blooded(as he was a half-blood) and tested out many of lesser status to see if magical blood purity transfusion was possible. After a few years his hard work paid off. His final experiment was on himself; successful. A rarity, really since many of his 'projects' had ceased after the transfusions. It gave pure-bloods hope that they could cleanse the world, by force if necessary.<br><br>

While Crockett is the leading man of the group, he still has others who work under him. Together, the group works to cleanse those wanting it or those brought in to do so by force. The hope is to expand pureblooded lineage to avoid extinction and those of lesser status are the test subjects. Through the success story of "The Bleak Files" Crockett plans to expand into further progression of the pureblooded species by means of experimental trials with half-breeds in order to obtain perks such as durability and healing without the necessity of sacrificing ones status.  <br><br>

 Before there were Neo Death Eaters, these four rallied together with what was left of their old brigade to take down the people and culture that were trying to push them out. They had lost the war, there was nothing else left to lose. Their only goal was destruction. <br><br>In 2006 the group orchestrated and acted out an attack on the Ministry of Magic and parts of Diagon Alley, which included the mass murder of over 400 witches and wizards and muggles (outside of the Ministry), attempted murder of Kingsley Shacklebolt(which had actually been performed by Jerome Carrow). The four members; Geoffrey Montague, Desdemona Blishwick, Rabastan Lestrange and Icarus Carrow, were all captured by Harry Potter and his Aurors. They were separated and imprisoned in isolated locations all around the world. But their threat is soon to return. As the Breakout of Azkaban serves as a distraction, the Devil's Snare manage an escape. </div>

Dementors have always been an issue in the Wizarding World, it's true - especially if you were a criminal without a happy outlook for your future. Now, flash-forward to current FTP time and the stakes become much, much higher. Unlike in times of old, Dementors are no longer tied to ideals, to any group of people, or to any establishment (Azkaban, for example). They do not follow or obey a higher order, they simply serve their own whims.<br><br>

Throughout the years there have been numerous instances that have led to the current belief (fact, really) that Dementor attacks have once again become a legitimate, lethal threat. This resulted in the school systems lowering the age at which a Patronus Charm is learned. Nowadays, students are expected to cast the charm before they've really even had the time in their lives to build memories infallible enough to get a feeling to draw from. The need for learning the charm, however, is too great, too crucial to not make mandatory in times such as these.<br><br>

The number of Dementor attacks as of late have continued to climb higher, even extending to the Muggle world despite their inability to actually see anything or defend themselves. More and more sightings and disappearances have surfaced in various areas across Great Britain.<br><br>

Given that Dementors are "free" and no longer affiliated with the Wizarding prison system, they've been breeding and growing larger in numbers as well, which is most likely the cause of the increase in attacks. The reproductive process of Dementors consists of "sporing" within a dark, deep cavern or a generally cold environment.

Agents of their own fate, they have the cognitive capacity to align with the Neo Death Eaters at a later point in time. These creatures do so not because they necessarily "support" the ideals behind NDE, but because they get what they want regardless: souls. The Neo Death Eaters just happen to be offering them the most. </div>

They are ruled by three elders but the last time they all ruled at once was during the dark ages. They normally take turns, one proceeding over the coven while the other two 'sleep' to conserve their efforts and remain strong. But with things heating up the dark ages may just very well be returning. </div>

While a number of things go into the mixture, the most potent ingredients that cause the sensations associated with Slez are the Mallowsweet Plant and the stingers of a Billywig.<br><br>

Centaurs burn this, observing the fumes and flames to refine the results of their stargazing.<br><br>

<i>Billywig:</i><br>
A magical insect native to Australia, it is about half an inch long and a vivid blue in color.

Three days after the events of the Quidditch World Cup, the Ministry is at a frenzy, figuring out what to do after a great deal of deaths. Including those of Ginny Potter and Angelina Weasley. Hogwarts students are welcomed into the castle early as a means to keep them safe. Meanwhile, at the Graveyard, the captured students must figure out a way to escape, unsure whether or not they will be rescued. <br><br>


<h6>The Quidditch World Cup</h6><br>

After the Kenmare Kestrals beat the Chudley Canons, families and friends get together on the camping grounds to celebrate and have fun. Rufus Tremlett hosts a party at his tent while some of our old friends recall their time in school and the Battle of Hogwarts. After a few hours, the grounds are invaded by Neo Death Eaters and the Vampire Covens. Attacks ensue followed by death and the capture of loved ones. <br><br>


<h6>Neo Death Eater Meeting</h6><br>

Neo Death Eaters and those involved have taken to a meeting in the vaulted crypts underground. They are currently discussing what to do with traitors, the quidditch world cup, and how to take the ministry down. "The Seven" members of the eldest seven families living on Graveyard grounds have a private meeting in the Gaunt vault to discuss their plan on creating horcruxes. <br><br>

<h6>Cotillion</h6><br>
<i>THIS EVENT HAS PASSED</i><br>
In order to raise money to repair the recently attacked St. Mungo's the wizarding community is holding a cotillion. All proceeds will go towards the cause. Witches and Wizards wear their best at this ball and watch as the future of society will be presented to the public. During this event, Nott Manor is destoryed, forcing the family house-elf to crash the cotillion in order to apparate Draegan Nott to safety. Having never preformed magic upon his old age, the actions drained him, and Stalwart died. Nott, furious and seeking revenge, leaves and that's when all hell breaks loose. The Neo Death Eaters trash the event, killing and attacking whoever they can. Henri Montague reveals himself, Barbra Gorden is left paralyzed from the waist down, and Dementors begin to administer their kiss on whoever they can get their soul sucking faces on.

The venue includes magical and muggle games, food, music, and the burning of past memomentos into the bonfire to start the year with a clean slate.

<h1>The Owners</h1>

Victoire and Nott have been role-playing together for nine years with Grace joining them for four. We've all been comfortable with one another and our ideas and often we feel more like family than friends. Our thirst for a post-epilogue rpg free of dictation at the time it was forged was the primary drive to start this group. All it took was a few creative pushes and we have yet to cease the turning gears in our head.<br><br>
<b>Victoire Weasley</b><br>
I've been roleplaying for quite awhile. I'm going to estimate around 2003/2004 as my timeframe. My first character was actually this random Original character that ended up best friends with Helen of Troy and dated an Achilles. Oh, the early scary days of RP. As for my first dip into the Harry Potter world of RP? I'd started out as a Hermione, though that hardly lasted. I ended up changing into a Ron Weasley. This had to have been around late 2004/ early 2005 or so. From there I'd branched out into Oliver Wood and then dabbled with random minor characters. It wasn't until I picked up Victoire Weasley, probably late 2006 (as a fluke), that I'd found an actual "home" character for myself within this verse. With the help of many people Calm that Never Was was formed. I'm proud to say that group lasted far longer than most people probably could have expected and far longer than most roleplay groups in general last.<br><br>

Sadly, all good things come to an end. But here at For the People? It's a chance for a new beginning. A new reign of creativity. Just what happened to everyone when JKR left us dangling on a thread? Could all really be well? Personally, I love RPing Next Gen. <br><br>Obviously, as a Harry Potter fan, I respect and absolutely love the Trio Era/when the books are set. But as for roleplaying? I'm a big fan of the what if and what happens afterwards. In For the People, I hope to bring that same excitement across. I know for some people the prospect of Next Gen RP isn't an exciting one.

Like Theodore, I've roleplayed in many different verses. I've been part of (if not had some aspect in running) numerous other groups. There is plenty that can be brought to the plate from my end but at the same time? I'm all open for growing and learning more from what our members have to offer.<br><br>

Ultimately as a co-owner of this RPG, I hope that everyone who gives us a chance and welcomes us can find the same excitement and surges of inspiration that we find. I want this to be a place that is an escape rather than a chore. I'm more than willing to listen to any comments/concerns/questions anyone has whether it be a member or someone who happened to stumble across this page.

<b>Theodore Nott</b><br>
I've been role-playing since 2002. I started out  in HPRP roughly around 2004 as an original character; Daphne Finnigan(whom I still play) . I picked up Theodore Nott not long after and was one of the few that did role-play the minor character. With both these characters I joined The Calm that Never Was in 2007 as one of it's founding members. and continued to role-play as an active member up until July 2011 before it was disbanded. Not many groups last that long and I was proud to be apart of that. My hope is to have another similar experience. You'll find that  I am very dependable as an owner and moderator. I am currently also one of four owners of Morsmordre and my credentials prior to this are as followed;

Owner and founding member of It's All Greek to Me; a Percy Jackson and Heroes of Olympus RPG Because I devote a lot of my time on FTP I have someone else moderating for me. However, I am still adamant on being an active member and owner; everything that is happening now is from my original ideas and days of planning.

<b>Grace Finnigan</b><br>
I have been roleplaying since August 2007. My first character was Jasper Whitlock Hale, yes a Twilight character, but it was way before the movie came out, so no judging. After that I did Charmed, X-Men, and Harry Potter. It wasn’t until summer 2010 that I found characters I love and that I still play. Thanks to members and mods of CTNW(back when it was still around) and It’s All Greek To Me, my writing has become a lot better, they have believed in me, and now with Nott and Victoire, I feel my writing excelling even more now at FTP. They are excellent owners, and they do their best to help their members. I hope to see many more members at FTP, because that would be amazing.
