  1. You ask Saddia, "Why do you strike out towards those of the Beacon? What brought you to joining those of the Shadow?"
  2.
  3.
  4. Saddia says, "I hold loyalty to no house, city, or guild. I act of my own accord."
  5.
  6. You say to Saddia, "Oh?"
  7.
  8. Saddia shrugs helplessly.
  9.
  10. Saddia says, "I detest arrogance, you people parading around with beautiful animals for show."
  11. Saddia says, "These creatures deserve respect, much more than what they're given in slavery.
  12.
  13.
  14. Tenshyo crosses his arms, looking Saddia in the eye. "Those creatures are not
  15. slaves. Those creatures were friends, loved, cherished, by those who owned them." the Idreth releases an arm to point at Saddia. "It is hardly arrogance for someone to train and bond such animals. If there is any arrogance, it is your actions".
  16.
  17. Saddia says, "Hah! You truly believe them to be companions. No, these animals have bent to your will. You've tarnished them with your touch, they are pulled from the wild and bent to your whim. It is disgusting, truly disgusting. If you believe that these animals hold any love for you, look at the Carnifex and their hounds. I will destroy every last one of them for what they've done."
  18.
  19. You say to Saddia, "And you would do such out of what? Malice? Hatred?"
  20.
  21. Saddia says, "Justice, a concept I doubt you've met with."
  22. Saddia says, "For every animal I must release from mortal-coil, I will exact Justice on those who defiled them."
  23.
  24. "You would be mistaken. I have seen, dealt, and been dealt justice" Tenshyo says calmly before once more staring Saddia in the eye. Embers of his wings near alighting in flame, flames sparking within his eyes. "You are of undeath. What would you know living, of caring, of feeling compassion"
  25.
  26. Saddia says, "You have but a primitive understanding of these emotions, Of life itself. You have no idea what life truly is until you've lost it. When you no longer have life, you understand what is truly important. Compassion for those who deserve it, caring for those who truly need it. We don't coddle, nor do we pretentiously pander to false emotions. These animals are one of the few things that truly matter; I can't stand you people, even my own brethren, abusing them."
  27.
  28. Wings catching fully aflame, Tenshyo's eyes do not waiver from his gaze on Saddia. "I have lost children, I have lost family, I have lost friends. I know what life is, young Saddia. I have lived it time and time again, I have seen it, I have felt it, I have renewed it." the Idreth takes a step towards Saddia, heat begin to radiate off his being. "I care for a great many, I care for more than you can know. There is compassion in every word I speak, there is love in things I do." He takes one more step. "If animals matter to you so much, then I would suggest renouncing undeath and joining those in Duiran. They above all else know how animals would feel. Second only to the Divine"."
  29.
  30. Saddia shivers visibly.
  31.
  32. Saddia says, "Your words make sense, and I hold no love for undeath. I simply want justice, I feel such disdain for people, I don't think I could possibly stand beside them. I do not know Duiran, but if they are as you say, and I will see that for myself, then maybe I can find a new means of dealing with this issue."
  33.
  34. Tenshyo stops moving forward. Wings still burning, eyes unmoving. "Speak with Aishia or Azzello about learning of Duiran. Or Wylliam, the Feral Will of Duiran." the Idreth takes a breath and releases it calmly. "If you wish to reclaim your heartbeat, I can arrange for that to be done. Though for now, I would request you think on your actions.". His wings return once more to the embers, flames in his eyes extinguishing. "You are young, Saddia, there is a life ahead of you that noone can predict. You make your own decisions, you learn from your mistakes"
