I Sergeant Taylor Hachiman, am a member of the Japanese SST (Special Security Team). I was working along side members from the United States 22nd MEU as a QRF to a national emergency from Chernarus. We took a C-130 over to the airspace of Chernarus and para jumped over Skalisty Island. Upon landing, we discovered that the Island has been infected. Upon landing alongside SSgt Michael Hartley, we took off on foot to the northwest in attempts to escape a foot chase with the infected. As the last two remaining from the jump, we managed to swim across to Krutoy Cap. Our gear at this point was just dead weight and wasn't functioning, after dropping the gear, we proceeded to Kamyshovo and found that the residents were gone. Nothing but infected was roaming around. After our successful attempt at looting the town for anything, we could find. We proceeded to head further inland in hopes to find signs of life.
