Unlicensed Sale of Firearms - I never sold any fire-arms, nor is there any proof of me having sold firearms.

Conspiracy - No clue what this is, I may or may not have done it depending on what it is.

Assault Weapons - I never had my own weapon, and merely held one or two and took a picture. It was not mine.

Drawing, Exhibiting or Using a Firearm or Weapon - I never used the firearm or weapon, nor did I draw it. I merely took a picture whilst holding it.

Carrying a Unlicensed Firearm or Weapon - I did not carry it and only took a picture with two weapons, both of which were not mine. I never took them for longer than 5 minutes, nor is there proof of anything.

Possessing Ammunition Designed to Penetrate Metal or Armor - Both weapons I held were unloaded, and there was no ammunation present in the room. I did not have any ammunition that could penetrate metal or armor.

Possession of Illegal Firearms and or weapons - It was not my possesion, I merely held it for a minute or two as I took a picture of me whilst holding the weapon.

Criminal Threats - I did not make any threats.

Possessing Destructive Devices or explosives - I never held any destructive devices or explosives.

Felony reckless evading - I may or may not have recklessly evaded, I am not sure which instance I'm being charged for.

False Statements to the DMV or LSPD and SASD. - I never stated anything falsely to the DMV, LSPD, or SASD.
