  1. We love Nintendo. Maybe we just love its brand, since Nintendo of Spain (Europe) is far from acceptable. I’ve got my brand new Nintendo 3DS pixels so dark that I can barely see the outlines. Because it’s under guarantee since it’s a new console less than one year old I phoned Nintendo of Spain, also known as Nintendo Ibérica (Spain + Portugal). They told me that on January the 9th someone would come to my house and get the item in order to be repaired at the Technical Service, but nobody came to my home nor texted me nor phoned me. I phoned Nintendo again to ask what happened, but couldn’t get in contact with them, so I left a message on their answering machine. The following day I tried again. Not only didn’t Nintendo call me but I couldn’t contact them, so all I could do was leave another voice message. Today, 11st January, I phoned three times, only to get the following answer by a somewhat unpleasant woman, “If you left a voice message, wait until we phone you”. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing so I just answered, “Pardon? You are the ones who must phone me and explain to me why nobody came to my home while I was waiting for you and also the ones to explain to me why haven’t you contact me about this”. Worst of all is that I must phone a high pricing telephone number to contact with Nintendo of Spain, so each time I dial its number I am highly charged, even if I don’t manage to speak with a human being. To make things even worse, they erased their Website Support mailing and you can’t send them an e-mail if you need Technical Support. So all I can do is write to Nintendo of Japan and Nintendo of America to let you know what is happening in your headquarters in Spain. I can’t believe people like this work for a company who cares so much about the satisfaction of their clients and I can’t believe people working for Nintendo give this rude and unprofessional treatment.
