Seol-a: Yes...It seems she didn't get much sleep last night.
So-seol: Hmm...Do you want to go for a morning walk?

So-seol: Don't you want to see our neighborhood?

Sister-in-law: Please take your time looking around our neighborhood while I make breakfast~ (small text): Oh my, how convenient <3
Seol-a: This neighborhood is quite...cozy.
So-seol: If you compare it to Seoul, it is pretty quiet.
So-seol: It's far from the city, and it's not a historical site or anything, so we don't get many visitors.
Seol-a: So did No-rae grow up here all of her life?
So-seol: Yup. She was born here, and she grew up here.
Seol-a: I don't think there were any schools near here though...
So-seol: Haha...Since the schools were all in the city, the three of us had a hard time because of the transit.
Seol-a: No-rae walks like that a lot as well...
So-seol: ?
So-seol: Ah, this...she still does that?
Seol-a: Yes.
So-seol: It's an old habit of mine.
So-seol: That kid, as soon as she could walk on her own two feet, she would always follow me everywhere.
So-seol: She must've learned it then.
So-seol(small text): Do I have to go to hagwon... (t/n: "Hagwon" is an institution where students receive tutoring and extra lessons)
No-rae: ....

No-rae: No-rae is doing that too!

So-seol: Cute...
So-seol(small text): Want me to buy you ice cream?
No-rae(small text): Yeah! Yeah!
So-seol: No-rae was so cute when she was younger.
So-seol: To think that that little kid has already grown up and started living by herself in Seoul...
So-seol: It feels like a completely different time from back then.
Seol-a: .....
Seol-a: Young No-rae...

Seol-a: I'm curious...
So-seol: Did you by any chance fight with No-rae?
Seol-a: ......
Seol-a: Ah...; Rather than a fight...it was just a slight dispute...

So-seol: Friends are supposed to fight and get even closer!
Seol-a: .......(small text): Is that really how it is?
So-seol: To be honest, I was a little surprised.
Seol-a: ?
So-seol: No-rae was very tolerant, so she never knew how to argue with her friends.
Seol-a: Is that so...?
So-seol: She should've just smacked her feelings into place.
Seol-a: ...Excuse me?
So-seol: Whenever there was a problem, she would avoid it instead of actively finding a solution.
So-seol: That kid, she really hates stressing herself out.
So-seol: Because of her simple and carefree nature, she grew up always doing whatever she wanted. (small text): Being the youngest probably didn't help either (qc/n: Literally, "She had a bit of a "maknae buff" too", change as you see fit (t/n: Maknae means "youngest"))

So-seol: She hated causing any kinda trouble
So-seol: So she was amazing at blending and fitting in.
So-seol: To whatever degree she desired.
So-seol: If there was something that rubbed her the wrong way, she would become cold just like that.
Seol-a: Isn't that a bit...immature?
So-seol: Yup. She has yet to grow.
So-seol: But her kind, soft nature hides that part of her. (small text): Much like the Cxca Cola polar bear

So-seol: I wonder if it's something like a defense mechanism.
So-seol: Since she's so susceptible to stress.

No-rae: Ah...Forget it. Just keep your nose out of my business, and mind your own.
Seol-a: Kim No-rae...Are you really going to keep talking to me this way?
No-rae: ......
No-rae: Can't you tell what I'm trying to say?

Seol-a: Oddly enough, she did seem a bit high-strung.
Seol-a: If this didn't happen, I would've never seen her like that, even in my dreams.
Seol-a: ....
Seol-a: I guess I kind of understand now...
Seol-a: But what could have upset her like that...? (small text): She said it wasn't my fault...
Seol-a: But why are you telling me all of this? (qc/n: "but" could sound repetitive, change as you see fit)
So-seol: Hmm..because you seem like a friend who made No-rae more complicated?
Seol-a: Excuse me...?;;
So-seol: It seems like No-rae got quite angry with you, but you followed her all the way here anyways.
So-seol: It's the first time something like this has ever happened.
So-seol: Even though she might not act like it, she cares about you an awful lot.
Seol-a: Really...?
So-seol: I raised that kid. I can tell just by looking.
Seol-a: In a way, you're giving me a tip, right?
*smile*
*shrug*
Seol-a: .....
Seol-a: I've heard that No-rae is someone who gets harder to figure out, the more you get to know her.
Seol-a: And that it's impossible to know her scarce, inner feelings...
Seol-a: It's just, I wish No-rae would depend on me more. (qc/n: 곁을 주다 literally means "be able to approach, talk, confide", changed to depend, change as you see fit)
So-seol: She probably will.
So-seol: Since it looks like she has a lot on her mind.
So-seol: I don't know what you two have been going through, but I hope everthing turns out well.

Mom: Did ya pack everythin'?
No-rae: Yeah. What should I do about not seeing dad?
Mom: It's fine. You'll have plenty more chances to see 'im. That fella went on a business trip at the worst time possible.
Mom: Jus' give 'im a call later.
Dad (small text): Ahh! Our youngest!
Mom: You should leave before the sun sets.
No-rae: Goodbye, Dong-hwa.
No-rae: Auntie will get you a present for sure next time~ (small text): See you again?
*Heh* (qc/n: literally "keu" which is a Korean sound for laughing)
Dong-hwa: Uwaaaah~ Don't leave, auntie (small text): See you again...T T
Seol-a: .....
Seol-a: ...if there's anything you'd like to say...
*blank stare*
Mom: ....
Mom: Thank you for comin' all this way.
Mom: Our daughter is a bit shy, so I was worried about sending her off alone to a whole 'nother city.
Mom: But I feel reassured seeing you.
Mom: Visit again with No-rae next time.
Seol-a: ...Of course.
Seol-a: I'll come again...
Mom: My, my~
No-rae: We're off~

Dong-hwa: Daddy, when will auntie visit again?
So-seol: I wonder~
Sister-in-law: Mother, what should we do about lunch?
Mom: Let's cook noodles or somethin'...

Sign: Rest Area
Cashier: So that'll be two cafe lattes?
Seol-a: Yes please.
*snore* (qc/n: sleeping breathing sound, literally "puu" not exactly a snore, but change as you see fit)
Seol-a: ........

So-seol: I want our No-rae to become a mature person.
So-seol: Avoiding everything that gets on your nerves is something a child would do.
So-seol: If I could, I would just show her the beautiful things in life...
So-seol: But by no means is the world such a tender place.
Seol-a: .....
Box: Such warm and gentle eyes...
Box: I felt their calm, steady affection.
Seol-a: ...No-rae sure does resemble her oppa a lot.
