Willing to lose

What is our school willing to give up. What are willing to leave behind?

We're discussing a vision of 21st century learning that opens space for student choice, individual passion and spontaneous inquiry   We're looking for more agency from students and flexibility from faculty.

What aspects of our program as academic culture will need to change in order to realize this vision?  What parts of our current practice hold us back, and habits are we willing to lose along the way?
