So the general plot is an origin of how the lolFoundation universe came to be

things that happen:

Fritz is split up into 343/The Administrator/the outlands

Gears dies trying to stop him. PERMADEAD in the canon.

The outlands is created through all of this, after Gears destroys Fritz and ends the sanity of the universe. The reason stuff forms in the outlands is bits of Fritz clumping back together into a new form. This also explains the reactions people had to SS activity in Eskobar's tale. The reason 343 is collecting the souls of the reality benders is to reconstruct himself.
