You can only use each effect of "Flexible Gymnast Magdalena" once per turn.
Trap Effect: When your opponent activates a Trap Card that affects a "Gymnastic HERO" or "Flexible Gymnast" monster: Negate the activation, and if you do, shuffle that card into the Deck, also after that, add 1 "Gymnastic Method" Spell Card from your Deck to your hand. You can only use the Trap Effect of "Flexible Gymnast Magdalena" once per turn.

If this card battles a monster, your opponent cannot activate cards or effects, until the end of the Damage Step. If this card battles a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage to your opponent. If this card inflicts battle damage to your opponent: You can target 1 "Flexible Gymnast" monster in your Graveyard, except "Flexible Gymnast Alla"; shuffle that target to the Deck.
Trap Effect: Target 2 "Gymnastic HERO" Shift monsters (1 on the field and 1 in the Graveyard); place the second target to the first target's Shift stack.
