FoE PnP Group Skyfall Session 19

[14:27:57] <@Schorcht> We last left out band of entrepreneurs to figure out on their own things are not always as easy as they look. But a few have just decided to play soccer without a care in the world for anything. Let's head on down to check on them shall we?
[14:28:08] <@Schorcht> **Session Begins**
[14:29:31] Bubblegum_Dreamer lets out a sigh as he walks up to the game being played, watching it happily, looking around for his companions
[14:29:51] <@Schorcht> The foals continue to run around Peace all kicking the ball, trying to keep it out of her reach with gimp Roulette around there somewhere. The rest of them are having a conversation with Entre, where Clip Board told them to wait till the other caravans arrive.
[14:31:19] DT lounges on the field, idly watching Peace place soccer with the foals. It was pretty hilarious, since the much smaller foals seemed to have a better idea how to play than the giant alicorn. Out of curiosity he digs out the Skyfall clock they found back in the safe to see what the countdown was at.
[14:31:57] Mouse  gets up and stretches out wings storing the bottle of whiskey away. Looks over at the clock DT pulled out. " What we at?"
[14:32:14] Peace burst into laughter from time to time as she is persistently chasing the ball.
[14:32:15] Bubblegum_Dreamer glances at the clock. "Hey, whats the clock for?"
[14:32:28] Roulette Sits with dt having just won the game of questions. But she pays lil mind to what is going on around her she is just poking her back legs a bit to see when feeling would return to them.

[14:34:57] DT grins at Bubblegum. "If we're lucky? It's going to tell us when the next Skyfall is. If we're not...it's a bomb."
[14:35:14] Bubblegum_Dreamer blinks a few times. "What."
[14:35:52] <Mouse> " Welcome to the skyfall team. Not a fucking clue what were doing. This clock is our only clue other than the fucker who betrayed us." Snickers
[14:37:21] DT laughs a bit. "Yeah I guess we never really filled you in fully huh?" DT gives Bubblegum the overview of before they met him. Coming together to check out the rumor at the facility, the simulation, their mysterious rival nine.
[14:37:47] <Bubblegum_Dreamer> "Some fucker betrayed you?" He asks before listening to DT's story with rapt attention.
[14:38:10] <Bubblegum_Dreamer> "Soo... any idea why the enclave are after you all? Luckily I'm not on their watchlist yet."
[14:38:50] <Mouse> " Well there's two possible reasons for that." Smiles. " One for skyfall the other for me. But most likely the first."
[14:40:09] <Bubblegum_Dreamer> "Well, if they're after Skyfall, why not pay attention to me? I've been with you all for a little bit now. And for the second, again, they would be watching me, because I'm around you all and they would need to keep track of me as well."
[14:40:41] <Mouse> " You also just grew up." Points at the obvious difference.
[14:41:32] Bubblegum_Dreamer nods. "Technically I've been grown up with you all longer than little me was with you all."
[14:42:30] DT shrugs. "For all we know there could be enclave hiding in those clouds up there with sniper rifles trained on us." He spits. "Bastard turkeys."
[14:42:54] Bubblegum_Dreamer nods slightly. "Could be. Could not be."
[14:46:07] <DT> "The only lead on the treasure at the end of the rainbow we got is hiding with the Milkmare. Once we wrap these contracts up, the next step should be there."
[14:47:08] Roulette slowly began to lessen the poking of her legs turning to look at Peace playing with the foals. Her eyes then shifted at the word treasure. Maybe she should've paid more attention about falling sky or something.
[14:48:38] Bubblegum_Dreamer nods slightly. "So then, what do we need from the old cow?"
[14:49:26] <@Schorcht> The foals giggle and laugh as they continue to play with Peace.
[14:51:56] <DT> "Well...she told us that she would help us find it in exchange for taking out her competitors Iron Mill and Stud Muffin. One down one to go."
[14:53:13] Bubblegum_Dreamer rolls his eyes. "Thats a stupid fucking idea."
[14:53:13] <Mouse> " Well thats if the stuffer keeps her word." Aggravated at the bitches overwhelming sweater puppies and how gross they are. "She doesn't even hide the fucking things."
[14:53:36] Bubblegum_Dreamer blinks at Mouse. "What?" He asks.
[14:54:06] Bubblegum_Dreamer smirks. "You do know that the Milkmare might not know me. right?"
[14:54:17] DT snickers at Mouse. "Somepony's jealous~"
[14:54:42] <Mouse> "She could fit the old you in each tata plus more." Laughs. " Why in the fuc would i want thoese massive things. I'm a war pony would make fighting a bitch."
[14:55:46] Bubblegum_Dreamer rolls over. "If you all need somepony to go and get info or something else, I was a professional thief you know. And my special talent is fibbing."
[14:56:42] Roulette leans back now laying on her back closing her eyes. She would not worry about this conversation. maybe a short nap until the fixer kicked in.
[14:57:05] DT considers this. "Well yeah there's that option...though Stud's seems like it will be considerably easier to get into and out of."
[14:59:36] Bubblegum_Dreamer shakes head. "A monopoly will cripple the city." He says.
[15:01:28] DT raises an eyebrow at Dreamer. "And thats our problem...how? There's bigger fish to fry out there."
[15:02:08] <@Schorcht> One of the foals finally kicks the ball towards Peace.
[15:03:02] Bubblegum_Dreamer frowns at DT. "It's our problem to help the growth of the future wasteland." He says. "If this city goes into a monopoly, then guess what." He stamps his hooves on the ground. "Every milk you drink in the future, or even see, will be Milkmare."
[15:04:46] Peace catch the ball with her back hoof and start kicking it between her legs, keeping it away from anyone trying to take it away from her!
[15:04:59] <Mouse> "Doesn't affect me to be honest. The shit is gross. " Gags. " All seriousness aside the milk isn't as big a problem as skyfall. I want the answers to what it is and I will get it."
[15:05:39] <Bubblegum_Dreamer> "Then I can try to go in and get the info, and guess what, Still no monopoly so I have nothing to complain about."
[15:07:01] DT gasps!...then starts to laugh. "If the Milkmare's brand milk is already more popular and sells for more, then she's going to have the caps to make it happen with or without us. We might as well ride the crash on the comfiest seats and get the info we need. Mouse, Roulette tell him. You all saw the security she's got in that place."
[15:08:05] <@Schorcht> The foals all chase Peace around trying to get the ball.
[15:08:28] <Mouse_> /me gasps after laughing so hard. " Good luck getting past that melon chested bitches army."
[15:08:35] <@Schorcht> Vanilla nuzzles Brittle. "Why don't you go and join your friends in the conversation?"
[15:08:45] <Peace> "mwuhahahaha, the ball, will be mine.. Forever!"
[15:09:09] Bubblegum_Dreamer smirks lightly. "Security?" He snickers. "You all think I don't know about her security? I used to play with some of her security guards when they were kids." He says before rolling his eyes again. "I'm just asking for a chance before you kill off the whore house."
[15:10:57] Brittle shrugs. "Trying to decide where I stand I guess."
[15:11:36] DT sighs. "Fine alright. The rest of us can always go in to touch base with her. Tell her we took care of Iron Mill, if she doesn't already know. We might be able to give you a distraction." He does grin and add. "We don't necessarily have to kill him...just make sure Stud submits control to the Milkmare."
[15:11:41] Roulette muebles half asleep , "Why don't we just pretend we killed them off and get mr muffin to disappear until we get some information for your falling sky thing" she said rolling over little z's floating up from her.
[15:11:57] <@Schorcht> Vanilla wraps a wing around him and nods. "Uh huh, ok."
[15:12:35] Bubblegum_Dreamer looks at Roulette. "You know. I've only seen a few ponies be able to do the weird shit she can."
[15:12:44] <Mouse_> "Do you know your way around a computer though. She isn't going to just leave top secret documents laying around. If you're doing this you need me."
[15:12:51] <Bubblegum_Dreamer> "One was the old ministry mare Pinkie Pie."
[15:13:15] Bubblegum_Dreamer smirks. "Oh my Mouse, are you asking me out on a date? I thought you'd never ask."
[15:14:58] <Mouse_> " You wish. I'd go on a date with one of DT's things first." Smirks.
[15:15:28] Brittle leans against her, still watching the debate.
[15:15:31] Bubblegum_Dreamer gasps and holds his chest. "Oh no! She's hurt my still beating heart!"
[15:15:55] Roulette rolls over and grabs onto Dt still clearly asleep mutter " no mine" to mouse as she snuggles.
[15:16:01] <Bubblegum_Dreamer> "Trust me Mouse, ask tipsy, it's worth it." He sticks out his tongue, which seems kinda long.
[15:16:30] DT blinks. Oh right...pre war ghoul. "Maybe they're related." He laughs at Mouse. "Hey you know they say mares are mean to the ponies they really like."
[15:17:21] Bubblegum_Dreamer rolls his eyes at DT. "Oh yeah and next thing you're gonna say is I have cooties."
[15:18:15] <@Schorcht> A loud bell rings a few time and all the foals stop. "Awww...
[15:18:17] <@Schorcht> "
[15:18:40] <DT> "I thought you turned into one?" He smirks and falls over laughing.
[15:19:11] Bubblegum_Dreamer looks to DT and gives him a deadpan look. "What."
[15:19:40] <@Schorcht> They pout. "It's tiwme fow us to gwo Miss Peace" The all wave and run off to a few mares waiting, watching at a distance.
[15:19:50] Mouse_ rolls eyes. " I work with 6 year olds. You guys should hurry you'll be late all the other foals are already on their way in."
[15:20:31] Bubblegum_Dreamer looks to Mouse. "Hey, I wasn't even six when I died! I was at least like 8 I think."
[15:21:48] <Peace> "awww!"
[15:22:01] Roulette wakes up to the loud bell rubbing her eyes , power nap. She let out a small yawn rubbing her eyes sitting up. to Dt rolling over laughing she blinked a few times now poking her legs again. " you awake too?" she asked them.
[15:22:03] <Peace> "ten more minutes?"
[15:22:52] <@Schorcht> The mares shake their heads in a mix of fear and anger and hurry the foals along.
[15:23:25] Bubblegum_Dreamer looks to Peace and whistles. "So where'd you find this beautiful princess?"
[15:23:30] <Peace> "see you around then! Was fun!"
[15:23:31] Mouse_ laughs at that. " I only go for Enclave bucks to be honest. Nothing against you Bubble. Mares are a different story. I'll kiss anyone of those pretty much, as long as hey don't piss me off."
[15:24:20] Bubblegum_Dreamer looks at Mouse. "Well if I can fly does that count?"
[15:24:22] DT pokes Roulette's legs. "I dunno can you feel that? If not i'll just give you a ride around."
[15:25:07] <@Schorcht> Roulette does feel the leg poke.
[15:26:29] <Mouse_> " If you can kill me, you'll be Enclave." She smirks.
[15:26:43] Roulette blinks a bit looking to where Dt poke. Her eye lit up as she felt the poke. He smile widened as she wiggled her butt a bit " I did
[15:26:44] Peace puts on her powerbuckers and picks up her bags. And then proceed to rejoin the party.
[15:26:53] <Bubblegum_Dreamer> "Does it count if I make you a ghoul so you can at least still moan?" He asks
[15:27:48] Peace stops dead in her track when seeing Bubblegum_Dreamer, and freeze up just staring at him awkwardly.
[15:28:23] DT chuckles and pats Roulette's leg. "Healing hoof."
[15:28:36] Bubblegum_Dreamer blinks and looks to Peace, smiling and bowing. "Why hello there beautiful Princess, are you just so struck by my good looks, or did you want something?" He smiles a perfect white smile.
[15:29:42] Roulette giggled a bit at Dt and nodded a bit " I wonder if I can walk" she said turning about attempting to stand now.
[15:30:27] <@Schorcht> Roulette's legs wobble and it feels like pins and needles but she can stand.
[15:31:10] Peace blush and look down into the ground. She usually don't have problem finding something to say but all she can let out now is a "uhm.. nothing.."
[15:31:33] DT is ready to catch her with TK just in case. "Don't worry Peace, he's with us. You could try your name first instead of going straight to hitting on her." He gives Bubble a look.
[15:32:34] Bubblegum_Dreamer rolls his eyes. "Well I was getting to that" He said before bowing. "I am Bubblegum Dreamer." He says before trotting up to Peace and winking. "And yours beautiful?"
[15:33:27] <Peace> "duhm.. Peace! I’m Peace!"
[15:33:42] Brittle is still here and he is barely resisting the urge to roll his eyes.
[15:33:44] <@Schorcht> Clip Board trots out and joins the group, "the other caravans have arrived. Please meet in the main office as soon as possible" She nods.
[15:35:43] Bubblegum_Dreamer smiles and nods. "Well Peace, I only wish I could have seen your beautiful face earlier." He says before kissing her hoof.
[15:35:51] <Mouse_> " Thank goddesses finally. All this flirting is sickening." Follows Clipboard.
[15:36:24] Roulette slowly wiggled her way up to a standing stance. She gave a wide smile looking to Dt almost losing her balance. But she giggled giving her happy bum wiggle." Oh yah no more Roulette backpack or hat" she said to herself looking to bubblegum... ' too far away for the squirt bottle' she thought before turning to Dt.
[15:37:16] Bubblegum_Dreamer starts on his way to follow Clipboard. "Please don't be afraid to follow Peace." He says as his tail wafts side to side.
[15:37:22] DT stands and stretches out each of his limb. "We're on our way CB." He fails his resist roll unlike Brittle and rolls his eyes. He begins to trot inside before stopping and telling Roulette. "Alight if you're sure. Offer is still there." He waits for her to walk alongside him.
[15:38:33] Alicorn [[email protected]] joined the channel.
[15:38:59] Brittle stands and moves to follow the others, presumably taking Vanilla with him.
[15:39:04] Alicorn blush even more. "oh, thank.. you.. you gottaprettyfaceaswell." That last bit was so silent and hasted its barely even audible.
[15:39:11] Roulette looked to him smiling as she now began to walk but she used him to keep her up right by leaning on him abit. " You know the braid looks nice on you" she gave him a small wink as they followed , lil slower than the others.
[15:43:42] Bubblegum_Dreamer still caught it and smiled lightly, looking to Peace. "I've got more than just a pretty face."
[15:44:53] <@Schorcht> The group makes their way to the main office which has a few repairs done to it since the missile crisis. Three ponies are talking in front of the desk that overlooks the factory floor. One of them is Entre, the other is a skinny frail looking unicorn with only rags that cover him. The last one is a thick, burly, muscular Earth pony wearing some fancy looking armour.
[15:45:04] Peace is not quite sure how to take that one "oh.. Im sure. nice to meet yougottagobye!"
[15:46:05] DT grins and matches her pace, not caring if they lag behind a little. DT takes in the new ponies, impressed by the earth pony's armour.
[15:47:19] <@Schorcht> Clip Board uses her hoof to wave over the three ponies. "Here are the ponies who wish to trade with us. First off is the old contract holder. Convoy.

[15:48:04] Peace goes to explore the facility. She is afterall not a part of the group, nor the meeting. Something seems to distract her mind as she walks around the building.
[15:48:21] <@Schorcht> The Earth Pony nods. "How do you do?" Clip Board shakes her head. "Next is Entre, you've met her. And last but not least is Sticks." Sticks shutters. "H-hello..."
[15:48:25] Roulette smiles as they walk putting on her sunglasses as they do '20% cooler' she thought as they came to the 'new/trader' ponies. " Ouu he's a big fella" she giggled a bit as she used her bum to hit against dt playfully.
[15:48:36] Brittle looks at Bubblegum. "I think you scared her off."
[15:50:05] <Mouse_> " Nice armour." She points to the burly earth pony. " You don't get targeted often with that armor do you?" She smirks.
[15:50:31] Bubblegum_Dreamer rolls his eyes. "She's just shy." he says before looking to Sticks and thinking. "So what's y'all's offers?"
[15:50:42] <@Schorcht> "Just gotta keep myself safe. Life's for living" He chuckles.
[15:56:32] <@Schorcht> "Well," Clip Board starts. "Convoy is the old contract holder and willing to trade with us some more. The way we are going to run the contracts is months at a time, which state that they deliver us so much each week."
[15:58:36] DT chuckles and gently bumps Roulette back. "So we've got hungry ponies to feed. Why should we pick one of you over the one we've already got?" DT wants to see if they can sell themselves.
[16:00:55] Mouse_ eyes all the ponies up and down and shrugs not much caring who gets it. Takes flight and starts playing with her hooves and doing flips.
[16:01:28] <@Schorcht> Sticks speaks up. "Well... umm... I can get more than these two can.... for cheaper..." Convoy snorts. "That's cause you don't have any guards!" Sticks quivers. Entre speaks up, "Well at least he doesn't use slaves to haul his stuff around." She says with a smirk. "Hey! They work just fine thank you very much! While you charge an arm and a limb!" Convoy retorts. "You pay for what you get" Entre answers.
[16:02:20] <@Schorcht> Peace wanders the mill and can see quite a few ponies working the building, trying to get it back together.
[16:02:59] Mouse_ starts reenacting the ponies selling themselves with her hooves. Making her hooves seem tense and fighting back and forth. Giggles.
[16:04:30] <Brittle> "Well that at least tells us what we're dealing with.'
[16:05:10] Roulette looks at the one called ' Sticks' " What happens if you're attacked and our goods taken and not delivered?" she asked looking to the pony slave. ' not dealing with you' she thought.
[16:06:24] DT glares at Mouse before thinking them over in his head. "Sticks is the cheap high risk option, Entre is the safe expensive choice and Convoy is the middle of the road." He didn't really care about how they got the food here, slaves or not.
[16:07:33] Mouse_ snickers and stops. Just floats around now waiting to get this meeting over with.
[16:07:43] <Brittle> "Convoy comes with moral issues. The workers might not like us using him."
[16:09:39] <@Schorcht> Sticks mumbles. "Umm... then you don't get your food and water..." He shrugs and tries to make himself as least impossings as possible.
[16:39:11] <@Schorcht> Roulette looked him over for a moment " what is your delivery rate? " she looked to Entre " in fact how is the rest of yours delivery rates?"
[16:39:25] <@Schorcht> I've never missed a delivery! Been late a couple times, but that's because we've had to defend from raiders!" Convoy says. "I rarely miss mine. Raiders be raiding." Entre answers. "Um.. er... um..." Sticks shutters and gives a shrug.
[16:39:36] <@Schorcht> Roulette looks to sticks and questions" well....Sticks?" she asked calmly looking to the others traders. " And you all deliver weekly correct?"
[16:39:08] DT turns to the group and asks. "Alright opinions? Or lets just vote. I'm leaning towards Convoy. We're not making enough money to pay for Entree and we won't survive if we get unlucky and lose with Sticks. We can always change later but i'll accept the majority."
[16:39:55] <Mouse> " I say we go mr. bulky over there. How he does his work is his choice, doesn't much bother me." Nods to Dt.
[16:40:15] <@Schorcht> Sticks frowns.
[16:41:03] <Brittle> "We're still not entirely trusted around here. It's not going to help our PR if we work with a slaver."
[16:41:43] <Brittle> "Especially considering how things used to be run around here. They allowed us to take charge under the expectation that things would be different."
[16:42:26] Roulette shakes her head no for Bulky " I don't wish to use someone that uses slaves to move his good , besides it will affect the workers here." she said looking to stick " so what is your rate anyways sticks?"
[16:44:49] <@Schorcht> Sticks shifts uneasily. "2500 caps a month..."
[16:46:52] <DT> "It's not like we're forcing them back into slavery. If they want food brought to them and this is the only way we can do it. We could just not offer food. So who do you think is best then if not convoy?"
[16:48:46] <Brittle> "Entre if we can afford it. Sticks if we can't."
[16:50:16] Roulette looks to dt and shrugs abit " I'd like to use entre , even if its more but I too would like to use Sticks though." she glanced to him " for your price and high risk it does not seem worth it after all we need food here."
[16:52:12] <DT> "And what is both of your rates?" He asks Convoy and Entre
[16:52:41] <@Schorcht> Convoy smiles. "5000 caps" Entre stands tall. "10000 caps. But you get some of the tastiest food around" She adds.
[16:55:07] DT reels. That was...more caps than he'd ever had in his life. He whispers back to his group. "Theres no way we could afford Entre with the state we're in now."
[16:55:37] <Mouse> "We aren't the ones slaving so what does it matter?" Mouse shrugs. " We have no slaves ourselves so it doesn't tarnish our name."
[16:57:22] <Brittle> "It will tarnish us by association. Besides, we would be pushing it to afford Convoy in the state we're in now. Sticks is really the better option, despite the risk. At least until we're more established."
[16:58:30] DT looks to Roulette with a weak grin. "Well you're our gambler. Seems like we have to take a bet on Sticks. What do you think?"
[16:59:16] Roulette bites her tongue abit looking to Dt then the others. " You're right there Mouse , But I dislike slavers." she looked to dt , her reason simple on that side. "Brittle and what if he just takes the caps and does not deliver at all?" she said looking to him. then to Dt " Personally this type of risk involves life , im fine with betting caps......" she said looking down at her hooves.
[17:00:18] Mouse looks to sticks. "If we choose you i want guaranteed we get it or we slice your wages in half for every delivery we miss."
[17:01:58] <@Schorcht> Sticks shuffles on the spot. "Ummm..." Clip Board cuts in. "That's not how a this contract works. We pay up front, and they deliver. If they run off we can get bounty hunters on them, if they get raided that's different story."
[17:04:05] DT frowns and gives Brittle and Roulette a serious look. "I know slavery is ugly, I was one remember? But we need to look at it like this. It's a tool to do good. We need to make sure the food gets here for our ponies. I'm not asking you or anyone who works here to like it, but it needs to happen."
[17:05:27] Mouse nods to dt. "Bounty hunters aren't cheap and we have another job to do that can't be side stepped to hunt down someone if they run off on us."
[17:05:42] <Brittle> "I don't think we have the funds or the clout for anyone but Sticks."
[17:08:35] <@Schorcht> Clip Board flips through some papers. "You have enough for Convoy in Iron Mill's old reserve"
[17:10:08] DT nods. "Thanks Clip. Alright we'll stand here and argue all day we just need a final vote. Convoy for me, i'd rather the food actually get here."
[17:10:52] <Mouse> "Convoy." Waves hoof then sucks on it remembering its metal gags a little and pulls it out.
[17:12:33] Roulette frowns a bit but she relaxes her face with a sigh. " Do what you feel is right" she said turning tail looking to clipboard " Im done with this little meet and greet Clip" she gave a small smile adjusting her shades before glancing back to Dt " He speaks for me this time clip." she looks away to the traders. " Nice to meet you all" she said now trotting off.
[17:13:21] Brittle sighs. "With her abstaining and no one else here, I think I'm out voted."
[17:14:55] DT pats Brittle on the shoulder. "It's only for a little while." He turns and nods to the three Caravan leaders. "Alright with everything considered, Convoy will be the best for us and our factory."
[17:15:38] Mouse looks at brittle sadly. "Sorry when we get enough we'll definitely find an alternate way. We just need to get on our feet."
[17:16:04] <Brittle> "Fair enough. But we'd better plan for fallout now."
[17:18:05] <@Schorcht> Vanilla nuzzles Brittle. "It's ok..."
[17:19:04] DT grits his teeth as he watches Roulette go. "Damn it..." He mumbles but walks up to Convoy and holds out his hoof to shake.
[17:19:28] <@Schorcht> Clip Board writes some things down and hands Convoy some paper. "Sign." She sighs. "See you two next month... I'll see you back to your caravans." "Haha! I knew you knew good business when you see one!" He signs the papers and heads off to his caravan to unload his good for the time being.
[17:20:05] Mouse looks to dt. " She'll be fine over time."
[17:21:20] Brittle smiles at her. "Yeah...probably overreacting anyway...but still, good to plan."
[17:24:10] <@Schorcht> And thus a choice has been made and they shall feel the repercussions of it for all time to come. As all great choices should. But why did they go with what they did? Well... everyone has their reasons.
