In early Oct of 2015 my company "Battlestar Gaming, LLC" received permission from "CCP Cid" to conduct business relations with CCP Games in assisting them with "Retention Efforts & Human Relations". A 7-year toon was requested to be reinstated as a business tool. The said toon was returned as a business tool for which I then informed "CCP" Cid that I looked forward to both of our companies working together.

  10. As of recently, I have been encountering a "CCP Falcon" ({snip}) who it would appear per documents recorded has been attempting to disrupt our two company's business relations..... The following is the support ticket traffic of the affair... I am requesting that "CCP Cid", whom concluded our business relations please work this matter out, and to keep CCP Falcon from interrupting with my accounts. I am also requesting that CEO of CCP Games be made aware of this issue as I do not wish to pursue legal route to resolve this issue. All of this is connected to the (2012 - The Mittani hassment and cyber-bullying Case".

You claim that I have breached multiple rules, however I could write a book to counter how I have NOT broken any rules, and or I can justify why I have broken said rules to exercise my God given right of freedom of speech and or exposing the truth as it is. I spoke the truth... and someone didn't like it... that's how the game of life usally goes. (Did you suppose that I did not predict that you would appear in your attempts to counter me, or even yourself attempting to restrict my freedom of speech in a truly unmorale manner.) If I was vindictivly attempting to harm someone in a fowl manner, your "warning" as a member of CCP would move me towards fear -HOWEVER- I am fully aware that I am defending myself against unwarranted politically motivated attacks towards those that are attempting to suppress the truth.

Warning someone who is attacking you in a fowl manner is not a "threat" nor can it be observed as "harassing" if I was the one attacked. It's called going on the "defensive" and it is human nature, and it is warrant by the law. Strange thing how these emails can be used as proof in court to expose possible corrupt CCP Members attempting to use scare tactics to make a person go silent........ CCP Falcon, as a business owner who is operating a full-time business to assist CCP Games with their "Retention Efforts & Human Relations".... do I honestly come across as someone who is scared of you and your tactics??? My business is for CCP and it would be in your company's best interest to stay in good relations with mine if you wish to maintain my support for your product.

Respectfully... if you are a moral human being behind that keyboard, and you'd like to work this out as moral men who both care about the best interest of CCP Games and their product "EVE ONLINE"..... then I tip my hat to you in the utter most respect as my way of saying "Hey, my bad." If you will review my support ticket under the user name "skyfire1942", you will see one titled "Assisting Paying Client - CCP Copy".
  87. The events within that support ticket are what lead to the tread.... CODE started broadcasting vindictive information about myself and the client I am attempting to help, while my company "Battlestar Gaming, LLC" is attempting to maintain the client's account and his monthly payments to CCP's business account, which in the end results in you receiving a paycheck as a CCP employee... so in reality I work for my clients, which involves me working for CCP, which results in me working for you....... In other words, I'm on your side here, and myself knowing this... I didn't take kindly to being warned in having my accounts banned which are at this point business tools for my company to help CCP Games with "Retention Efforts & Human Relations". You'll notice in the end of the support ticket recorded in the following link that "Senior GM Cid" did indeed return a 7-year toon primary at the request of having the toon returned as a business tool for my company to help CCP Games.

Honestly you guys have so much content that even after 7-years I still don't know everything.... All I knew at the point of writing in the forums is I needed to do my job and help CCP and my company keep a paying customer..... and at times, that will involve standing up for them infront of the sharks. But honestly after this new learned experience with the forums (for which I've never really been involved with), I no longer have any interest in dealing with the forums..... My business office is being setup next week, I've already got paying customers, I've got staff coming on board... all supporters of EVE ONLINE. All of us are driven on pushing back against a lot of the crap that is being done to new players that is killing CCP's maximum income profit, and harming a product we have all been very proud supporters of. We are literally striving to turn the tide for EVE ONLINE so that this awesome, one of a kind virtual platform's can actually do more good in people's lives rather then just being another everyday video game.

I get up in the morning, walk into my office, recruit all day, spend time with my family at the dinner table, and then I'm back in the office running fleet operations to keep these people appeased with your product "EVE ONLINE" and I am loving every minute of it at this point. Those that are happy with my virtual customer service pay my company "Battlestar Gaming, LLC" to basicly keep the recruiting, fleets, and humans relations going. In return I'm in EVE everyday to feed my family now in a legal manner while helping CCP keep paying accounts.

  101. Firstly, allow me to introduce myself and outline exactly what it is that I do here at CCP. My name is {snip}, but most players know me as “CCP Falcon”. I operate as EVE Universe Community Manager for CCP Games, meaning that I manage and oversee community relations globally for CCP, across all our products, which includes EVE Online, DUST514, EVE Valkyrie, and Gunjack.
  102. When it comes to community relations, I manage the team that covers all forward facing community engagement and relations efforts across all our titles.
  103. While we can appreciate your enthusiasm for EVE and the community, there are a few points that we must raise, because your behavior in a number of instances is both confusing to our players, and in breach of our policies.
  104. Firstly, I’d like to tackle the issue of your claims of endorsement by CCP.
  105. A number of players have contact us with regards to your apparent proof of endorsement that you are working with CCP officially to assist with retention efforts. I need to stress that CCP has in no way endorsed your services, and has in no way agreed in any way that you are working with us in any form of official capacity.
  106. I can see from your ticket history that Senior GM CiD did indeed answer a ticket relating to a character that you wished to have undeleted, and did indeed undelete a character for you and restore it to your account. This is standard practice for any member of the community who contacts us to have a character undeleted, and is not endorsement of your corporation, or your services.
  107. I can also see from your ticket history, that it has been explained to you by Senior GM Arcade that CCP cannot endorse your organization or your actions. This was explained to you in ticket #44730, on September 30, 2015 at 11:39 UTC as follows:

  109. Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay in getting back to you. Clearly two weeks delay in responding is not ideal under any circumstances. As some compensation for this delay I have added 5 days game time to your account 'skyfire1942'. Hopefully this will go some way to compensate you for the delay.
  110. We genuinely do appreciate you taking the time to contact us asking for confirmation about your proposed revenue method. We regret to say that what you describe does seem to contravene the EULA and Terms of Service. Namely section 2.a of the EULA which states that;
  111. 'Accounts may not be used for business purposes. Access to the System and playing EVE is intended for your personal entertainment, enjoyment and recreation, and not for corporate, business, commercial or income-seeking activities.'
  112. Furthermore the Terms of Service part 9 state:
  113. 'You may not advertise, employ, market, or promote any form of solicitation – including pyramid schemes and chain letters – in the EVE Online game world or on the website.'
  114. Therefore soliciting payments from other players for your service would be a violation.
  115. We appreciate that the role of the CEO can be time consuming and arduous at times, however we can not in good conscience condone the proposal you have described. We can only hope that your enjoyment of the game will not be reduced by this lack of income for your role.

  129. · You may not pass yourself off as an official business partner of CCP. We have no agreement with you.
  130. · You may not generate a real life profit from EVE Online, our IP, or any of our other properties without full written consent and agreement from CCP Games.
  131. · You may not pay staff for any actions performed within the EVE Online game environment.
  132. · You may not operate EVE Online accounts for business purposes.
  133. · You may not share official, private CCP correspondence publicly without prior authorization from CCP.

While we can appreciate your enthusiasm for the wellbeing of our community, and while we admire the tenacity by which you’re approaching what you feel is an issue that needs to be addressed, you must comply with our rules and policies relating to EVE Online including our End User License Agreement and our Terms of Service, as all other players of EVE Online do.

  142. Well then.....Respectfully, let me make myself perfectly clear. I am trying to do something good here.... Something that I have been attempting to do for a very long time. I am trying to help CCP Games, the EVE community, and I want to do this for a living. I do not have time to write a book expressing how everything I have learned in EVE ONLINE for the past 7-years literally saved my life in real life. Maybe if we can get past this "red tape" (that YOU seem to be trying to put back in place) which is attempting to prevent a person (myself) from doing something good for humanity in the virtual world... maybe then I can tell you my story in person.

Please, don't sit there and try to reword things to back track after I HAVE received proper permission to do everything I'm doing. The GM´s reply is something we apologize for, it was tactless and not befitting a member of our staff. We are currently dealing with this and hopefully this will not happen again. If we can assist you in any other way, please let us know."

  189. Within a week after attempting to stand up for another EVE player, I've got a "CCP Falcon" attempting to sabotage business relations. I then look CP Falcon up and see very clearly that he supports the business affairs of "The Mittani". This incompetent individual (CCP Falcon) is attempting to throw EULA tape at us AFTER my company already cleared all of the red tape in a proper manner that reflects the highest level of integrity from one company towards another company. CCP Falcon is even attempting to use double standards regarding the EULA in trying to degrade business relations with Battlestar Gaming, LLC", but he's perfectly fine with supporting the business affairs of "The Mittani" who is clearly known as someone who told his 10,000+ to go and harass a man in real life. CCP Falcon clearly has a hidden agenda, and has no right in his attempts to make CCP look unprofessional in his attempts to sabotage business relations that have already been agreed upon properly.

"Battlestar Gaming, LLC" was successful in receiving the full approval from CCP in allowing corp members to give of their own accord through monthly subscriptions to support "Battlestar Federation" building up the funds to have a full-time team of staff in real life working for our virtual community. It seems that "Battlestar Gaming, LLC" now plays a active part in helping CCP with their retention efforts and helping improve human relations throughout EVE ONLINE. It would seem very clear that if one has a way of helping others, others are willing to help you help them in return.

I believe 6 of them paid for subscriptions. That's another $90 I just encouraged and directed towards CCP's wallet. Here's the kicker... that was just me by myself. I don't even have a recruitment team up that I put through a recruiting training course that took me 2-years to design. Not only do I know how to recruit effectively, how to convince people to stay in EVE after the 14-day trail. but I know how to inspire and encourage people to want to bring others into the fold.
