Player joins the help room claiming to be RDM'ed and is requesting comp. please walk me through how you would start off helping this player.
First i would ask if they had tried to resolve the issue amongsth themselves and if so what happend. Next if no who was it and get both sides of the story. If yes make sure that player is comped.
Situational question # 2.
Player is being uncooperative with you and wont join teamspeak . what are you required to do before you issue/ask for permissions to kick/ kick the player?
give them the TS info and a 5 minute waring and wait and if they acknowledge and are downloading give them more time if neccesary and then handle it. If they refuse then request permission.
Situational question # 3.
Player joins help room claiming a hacker is on the server, what do you do?
Investigate, then report to a superior my findings.
# 4.Name off a couple reasons why someone would be permanently banned from the server.

# 5. how would a civillian go about calling terror? typing it in chat 3 times and waiting 5 minutes otherwise typing it in and getting wanted for terror
