By temporarily supercharging the Temporal Shielding Matrix, you will be able to benefit from a massive increase in Damage Resistance and total immunity to all forms of movement-impairing control effects. While active, foes that fire energy weapons at this supercharged shielding have a chance to suffer a temporal flux that will cause all of their abilities and weapons to go into a short recharge, preventing them from being used. To Foe: Apply Return Flux. +2 sec Recharge to All Abilities.

  31. Perform a targeted analysis of your target's interaction with local spacetime causality, granting you a tactical advantage. The analysis beam has a very narrow arc, making it difficult to keep focused, but the longer you keep this analyzer targeted, the lower your target's Energy Resistances, Defense, Flight Speed and Turn Rate will become. If maintained for a full 10 seconds, additional effects will be triggered.

  72. Chroniton Jolt triggers a short-term burst of chroniton radiation which results in a localized temporal distortion. The distortion is tuned to increase the recharge speed of nearby allies, while reducing the run and recharge speeds of nearby enemies. Additionally, the distortion will sometimes lock foes into a static timeline, preventing them from taking action.
  73. Once the chroniton radiation dissipates, the timeline will re-assert itself. Currently recharging powers will snap back to what their recharge time would have been had Chroniton Jolt never been used.

  75. Temporal Flux shifts the user out of the current timeline. While shifted, the user becomes immune to all damage and cannot be seen by foes, but is prevented from directly interacting with the existing timeline.The Temporal Flux Generator transmits your current temporal frequency to allies, allowing time-shifted individuals be partially seen and affected by friendly skills.
