Altho Minisession 3A/B-4 : Continuation

 06[15:12] * Salino is fast asleep in the bed. Despite it being FRIGID in the hospital he's not fully covered up, making his bandaged body visible. SNORE!
 06[15:13] * Kuji has the TV off, but a small reading light on, as he reads this article on SKY UPPERCUT and his match with a Machamp. <Man, this guy is great.> he thought to himself, keeping quiet so Salino can get some rest.
 01[15:15] <Trevor> Trevor pops his head into the room, having been directed up by the nurse, looking around to make sure people were still up before barging in.
 06[15:16] * Kuji is still up, reading the article. His back is turned away from the door.
[15:16] <Kuji> You do hear a small yawn coming from him, though.
 01[15:17] <Trevor> Trevor looks in and sees Kuji's up, though Salino isn't. He gently knocks on the door (Or the wall, if hospitals aren't allowed to have doors for some odd reason).
 06[15:18] * Kuji turned around. <Hi Trevor!> he thought... if he remembered correctly, Trevor could read minds, which would greatly lessen the possibility of waking Salino up. <How are you doing?>
 01[15:19] <Trevor> Trevor... Isn't a radio transceiver. He doesn't just pick up random thoughts freely. "Umm... Pardon me if I'm intruding, Kuji..." He says, to get his attention.
 06[15:20] * Kuji nods, seeing as though Trevor didn't get the message. "Salino's sleeping right now... you're a psychic, right?"
 01[15:22] <Trevor> "Oh, he's asleep?" Trevor frowns a little bit at this.
[15:22] <Kuji> "Yep."
 01[15:22] <Trevor> "As for the latter question... I am, though I'm not quite certain what relevance that has to my presence..."
 01[15:24] <Trevor> He steps inside, carrying... Oh God, that looks like a bigass bag.
[15:25] <Kuji> "..."
[15:26] <Kuji> "...what's that?"
 01[15:27] <Trevor> "I thought that perhaps you and Salino would have been hungry... And since the staff wasn't so immediately willing to allow me up, I thought it would be best to fetch something for the two of you."
[15:27] <Salino> (i actually have to afk a bit sooo... good timing for any questioning Trevor has for Kuji :P)
[15:28] <Kuji> "We already got something to eat." Kuji said, shifting his eyes towards the trash can.
 01[15:30] <Trevor> "Well, it might as well be left here in case you two wake up hungry in the middle of the night."
[15:30] <Kuji> "Alright. Thanks, Trevor." Kuji nodded and turned back to Salino.
 01[15:30] <Trevor> He removes from the bag a couple of shiny silver trays (Like the shiny aluminum ones... Not actual silver)
 01[15:31] <Trevor> He settles them down on a nearby table.
[15:32] <Kuji> "Hm? Did you make that yourself?"
 01[15:32] <Trevor> "If you don't mind me asking... What exactly had happened to Salino earlier?"
 01[15:33] <Trevor> "I'm... Rather perplexed, frankly."
[15:33] <Kuji> "Hm? What do you mean what happened?"
 01[15:35] <Trevor> Trevor points to the rather obvious bandaging on Salino.
[15:35] <Kuji> "..."
 01[15:36] <Trevor> "I know I might take longer than most do to freshen up, but I'm not quite sure how such an injury could have befallen him during that span of time in the police station..."
[15:36] <Kuji> "I tried to wake him up. I hit him too hard, it seems."
 01[15:37] <Trevor> "Or what he was doing under your desk... Accompanied by my suitcase..."
[15:38] <Kuji> "Hm? Well, I had to clean up."
[15:38] <Kuji> "You DID leave your stuff in the middle of the hallway."
[15:39] <Salino> Kuji thinks he notices Salino stirring for a second but... nah must've just been his imagination.
 01[15:40] <Trevor> "I apologize about that... I had intended to move it out of the way, but... I suppose somewhere along the way I'll have to lighten my load. I doubt Abe will remain reliable enough to transport all of it."
[15:40] <Kuji> "Hahaha. How is the little bugger doing anyways?"
 01[15:41] <Trevor> "Rebellious as..." Trevor's face then goes pale as he realized he... Left  all  of his other Pokemon to roam about freely in the city.
[15:42] <Kuji> "Hm? What's wrong?"
[15:42] <Salino> "You... don't have to divert the subject pal... tell him what happened..." Oh snap how long has he been awake?
[15:42] <Kuji> "Tell who what happened?"
 01[15:42] <Trevor> "Kuji... You wouldn't happen to know the number of the police station, would you?"
 01[15:43] <Trevor> Trevor starts frantically tearing into his messenger bag before pulling out a laptop and booting it up.
[15:43] <Kuji> "Hm? No." Kuji held up his cell phone, a rubber brick with only one button. "I can't dial anyone with this."
[15:44] <Salino> "You tripped me up and knocked me out... and then hit me a bit too hard. Was that so hard to tell him?"
 06[15:45] * Salino scoots himself up in the bed, propping himself up the best he can into a sitting position. He gives a weak smile and it's apparent he's still not quite awake yet...
 01[15:45] <Trevor> Trevor is rather visibly panicked at the moment as he starts doing  something  on the computer... So much that he doesn't even catch that.
 06[15:46] * Kuji yawns a quiet yawn. "What time is it, anyways? I'm getting really sleepy all of the sudden..."
 01[15:46] <Trevor> "The police station... Salino, you wouldn't happen to know the number off hand, would you?"
 06[15:47] * Salino suddenly just spouts off the number as if it is ingrained into his memories. "...I didn't even realize I knew it that well..."
 01[15:48] <Trevor> You can hear the keyboard being pounded into furiously as Trevor types in the numbers. A ringing sound can then be heard.
 06[15:48] * Kuji folded his arms on the bed and lay his head down on the arms... he's fast asleep, not.
[15:48] <Kuji> now*
[15:49] <Kuji> Trevor: make up what happens.
[15:49] <Salino> (just do a little call summary deal and you can say they took them in or something)
 01[15:50] <Trevor> Salino, still conscious, can hear Trevor talking to one of the police officers as he explains his situation... That he had... Oh God, did Trevor  really  leave all of his Pokemon outside in the front of the police station?
 01[15:50] <Trevor> He runs off descriptions of all of them, making note that the Tepig  still  wasn't caught in a PokeBall... But that the other should have all had their PokeBalls present in the washroom, still.
[15:51] <Salino> "Aw man... when did all this happen? I hope their okay..."
 01[15:52] <Trevor> He seems a little bit more relieved when the call's over, but still fairly worried.
 01[15:53] <Trevor> "I'm more concerned about the younger Pokemon... Trudy and Conor are well-behaved enough that they wouldn't have hurried off, but it's the others I'm more concerned for..."
[15:53] <Salino> "I'm sure they'll take care of everything pal..." Salino gives him a weak smile but he looks rather preoccupied and... sad for some reason.
 01[15:54] <Trevor> He's facepalming  pretty  damned hard at the moment... You can see his face starting to become marked up... And the features (joints and stuff) from his mannequin arm starting to take form in redness, or lack thereof, on his forehead.
 01[15:56] <Trevor> "I'm... Sincerely hoping that's the case..."
[15:56] <Salino> "Don't worry so much! They'll be fine!"
 01[15:58] <Trevor> Trevor tries to take comfort in Salino's promise as he slowly calms down.
[15:59] <Kuji> "I'm sorry, dad, but I don't think I'm ready to go back yet..." Kuji sleeptalked... it was probably because he knew he was someplace safe.
 01[15:59] <Trevor> "Right... I had... Brought something over for you and Kuji to eat, but he had already informed me that you two had dinner already... I suppose it'd be suitable for a late night snack, so as to not be a burden unto the staff about it later."
[15:59] <Salino> "And... uh..." Salino's voice suddenly sounds very shakey and sad. "Please forgive me for being so... childish before. I shouldn't have invaded your private thoughts like that... Please forgive me..." He looks downright pathetic as he frowns and stares down at the bed.
 01[16:01] <Trevor> "An apology isn't necessary," Trevor says... "If anything, I'm the one who should be apologizing... Which is a large part of the reason I had come."
[16:02] <Kuji> "Don't say that. I'm not ready to take the position from you... maybe in ten more years..." Salino, if he could remember what Kuji said about this training, can figure out whatever the dream was about, it happened three years ago.
[16:03] <Salino> "I feel terrible pal... I betrayed the trust of a friend..." Salino looks over to Kuji with a confused look for a second before looking back up to Trevor. "That's why Kuji tripped me up at the station... said I shouldn't have fought back at a kid... he just didn't think he'd put me in the hospital when he hit me tot ry and wake me up again..."
 01[16:04] <Trevor> "I'll... First have to concede in saying that I wasn't being  entirely  truthful when I was explaining how I had stumbled upon it... Though you probably already knew that..."
[16:06] <Salino> "Yeah... but it still doesn't excuse me from what I did..."
 01[16:07] <Trevor> "It was merely a lapse in judgment stemming from your emotions... It's easily understandable..."
[16:08] <Salino> "So... how did you find out about us? I'm... I'm not mad anymore so..."
 01[16:09] <Trevor> "Admittedly, if you were attempting to conceal your relationship..."
 01[16:10] <Trevor> "You might have had better success in taping signs to each other's back reading 'Pinch me. I'm enamored.' "
[16:12] <Salino> Salino's face turns a bright red and almost appears to glow even. He scratches the back of his head and sighs heavily. "I... well... aw gee..."
 01[16:14] <Trevor> "There were several things that had transpired in the mansion... But you had made one comment in particular that I couldn't help but turn my head at."
 01[16:14] <Trevor> "When you snapped at Oolong, saying he was jealous he had no one to love him..."
 06[16:16] * Salino is kind of just sitting there, still a bright siren red. "I... ohhhh... I never was good at thinking before speaking..."
 01[16:16] <Trevor> "I, admittedly, was curious as to what had provoked such a comment... And I... Well..." Trevor looks down, a bit ashamed.
 01[16:18] <Trevor> "As I had already stated, I honestly didn't intend to uncover as much as I had... I merely sought to see what had provoked the comment... But my powers are still developing and manifesting, and..."
 06[16:18] * Salino starts to recover himself and the red starts fading now. "What... kind of powers do you have?"
 01[16:21] <Trevor> "They're... Similar in nature to the ones you have, I suppose..."
[16:23] <Salino> "...Clairsentience... that's what always came up when I started doing research on my own powers..."
 01[16:24] <Trevor> "The ability to see through time..."
 06[16:25] * Salino chuckles a small bit and gives a small smile, the red is completely gone from his face now. "You as well pal? ...I didn't know those kind of powers could show up so early... mine only came to me a few years ago..."
 01[16:27] <Trevor> Trevor looks over towards Salino, admittedly confused as to why he's so impressed.
 01[16:28] <Trevor> Like,  really  confused.
[16:29] <Salino> "It's kinda funny isn't it? It's like my detective training manifested itslef into... these powers I have now. People back at home always joked around saying I was a psychic to catch the criminals I did... they didn't know it was somewhat true..."
 01[16:31] <Trevor> "I... I see..."  He says, a bit disheartened by the statement.
[16:32] <Salino> "When did you get your powers?" Salino asks, looking particularly intrigued. He seems incredibly interested to have found someone else with the same kind of powers he has.
 01[16:35] <Trevor> "It was... Quite a while ago..." He says. You could tell he's... A bit distant now.
[16:37] <Salino> Salino can see it's... something uncomfortable for Trevor to think about so he quickly diverts the subject. "But yeah.... it's just really cool to meet someone else with the same powers as me! I've read up on it so much but I've never met anyone else...."
 01[16:38] <Trevor> "It was... Almost six years now? It's been quite a while since..." He pauses.
[16:40] <Salino> "No need to talk about it if you don't want to pal..." Salino looks pretty worried, thinking he could be dragging out bad memories.
 01[16:42] <Trevor> "It's... Not that I don't have an issue talking about it... It's... Rather that I'm not sure if you'd..."
[16:43] <Salino> "I know I'm a detective but I don't want to bring up bad memories. Don't worry about it, pal!"
 01[16:44] <Trevor> "Really, it's not an issue of remembering..."
 01[16:45] <Trevor> "Rather, if it's worth showing..."
[16:46] <Salino> "What do ya mean 'worth showing'?"
 01[16:48] <Trevor> "I might just be unnecessarily burdening you with my problems..."
[16:50] <Salino> "...We're friends right?" Salino gives a big smile. "Then we can help each other with our problems."
 01[16:51] <Trevor> He looks a bit hesitant as he says this... "Very well, then... Just... Tell me if, at any point, you wish for me to stop."
[16:54] <Salino> Salino... looks kind of confused at that statement but gives a small nod.
 01[16:56] <Trevor> Trevor closes his eyes and begins to focus. "I... Hold on a moment..." He says, as he attempts to transmit the thoughts he wishes to.
[17:25] <Kuji> ?
 01[17:34] <Trevor> Trevor seems to be... Visibly struggling... Pained, almost... He opens his eyes, then digs into his messenger bag and pulls out a drawing pad. "I apologize... I'm just a bit exhausted from all of the running about... Between chasing after Kuji, spending far too much time searching afterwards for him after losing him, and hauling the tray up..."
 01[17:35] <Trevor> "This might take a moment..." He says, as he starts sketching away furiously into the drawing pad.
 06[17:36] * Salino still looks a bit confused at first but nods and watches Trevor draw intently. "I was never good at art..."
 01[17:37] <Trevor> Trevor spends God knows how much time drawing, flipping pages quite frequently.
 01[17:37] <Trevor> It's quite a while before he's done, and he hands over the pad to Salino.
 01[17:38] <Trevor> The image on the front of the pad shows a young boy ... emerging from a suitcase? The surrounding area seems to be some kind of ruins.
 06[17:39] * Salino grabs the pad and starts to study it keenly. He's got a look about him that you've never seen before, as if he's making it a priority to take in every detail of every picture. A detective's eye.
 01[17:41] <Trevor> The second image, when Salino turns the page, is of that boy traversing a long chamber... Marks and the like line the walls, but there's nothing really in detail or anything... Just a bunch of eloquent scribbles. At the end of it, lines are shooting out of the wall.
[17:42] <Salino> "...A bright light of some sort? You were investigating something?"
 01[17:43] <Trevor> "It had emerged from a corridor down the hallway..."
 01[17:43] <Trevor> The next sheet has... A woman of some sort... Though her face is shaded in, the apparel is suggesting that of a gypsy's... She holds a crystal ball in her hand.
[17:44] <Salino> "...She looks like some kind of magical prophet or something... she gave you your powers?"
 01[17:45] <Trevor> Trevor remains silent.
 01[17:45] <Trevor> The page after has the boy looking into the ball, which has more streaks of line shooting out from it.
 01[17:47] <Trevor> And then... The next page is pretty heavily shaded in, save for one spot with the boy.
[17:47] <Salino> "What... what happened?"
 01[17:49] <Trevor> And afterwards... There's several fairly crudely images of what appear to be natural disasters, bloody, mutilated corpses and the like... The last one, much more vividly, drawn however, being of a man sliced cleanly in two by an axe.
 06[17:51] * Salino visibly flinches at the last image and looks at Trevor with intense sadness and worry. "I..." but he can't quite determine what it is he wants to say.
 01[17:52] <Trevor> "Perhaps... I should probably try to provide some clarity..."
 01[17:53] <Trevor> "When I was young, my father used to bring me around the globe with him..."
 01[18:27] <Trevor> "As an archeologist, he seldom returned from his expeditions without something that was truly amazing..."
 01[18:28] <Trevor> "I... I'll admit, the allure of discovering something nearly as incredible as what he found... I just might have committed murder for the chance if I had known such a concept at that age..."
 01[18:29] <Trevor> "But... Father never permitted my accompanying him... The expeditions often went on for weeks, if not several months, and he had always left me in the care of a tutor in the meantime..."
 01[18:30] <Trevor> "When I heard my father was headed to the Desert Resort, though... I honestly couldn't restrain myself... And I stowed myself away amongst the luggage that the crew brought with them."
 01[18:30] <Trevor> ( Make a comment if Salino intends to say something )
[18:31] <Salino> "...I probably woulda done the same thing. I've... never really been outside of Altho."
 01[18:31] <Trevor> "I was unfortunate enough to have managed not to be caught..."
 01[18:33] <Trevor> "After managing to make my way out of the suitcase, I spent far more time than I could have grasped the concept of searching the innards of the ruins..."
 01[18:34] <Trevor> "It was after only after the longest of a barren search that I saw the flash of light..."
 01[18:35] <Trevor> "And following it to its source... led me to  her ..." He says. He was flipping through the drawing pad the whole time, and pointed to the woman.
[18:36] <Salino> "Who exactly was she? ...and how does it lead to..."
 01[18:37] <Trevor> "I... I don't quite know who she was, Salino..."
 01[18:38] <Trevor> "All I know is that she's the one responsible for... For..."
 01[18:39] <Trevor> Trevor stops a moment...
[18:39] <Kuji> (Hold.)
 06[18:40] * Kuji jolts awake and quickly notices Salino up. "Good morning, Salino!"
 06[18:40] * Salino looks... pretty pitiful. He wants so badly to do something to comfort Trevor but he doesn't know anything that would help. "...Those were visions? ...Oh! G... good morning Kuji..."
 01[18:40] <Trevor> Trevor jumps up, a little startled by Kuji's sudden awakening.
[18:41] <Kuji> "Hm? Ah! Hi, Trevor. You still here?"
 01[18:41] <Trevor> "Morning? It's only..." He looks to one of the clocks in the room. "I'm afraid you're still on the wrong half of the cycle..."
[18:42] <Kuji> "Ah, well, I have an unusual sleep cycle. Helps me jolt awake when something happens." Kuji scratched the back of his head and laughed a little. "So, whatcha guys talking about?"
 06[18:43] * Salino kind of just scratches the back of his head and gives a shrug. "...Uhh..."
 01[18:43] <Trevor> "We were just, uh..."
[18:44] <Kuji> "Uh?" Kuji looks confused, but one thing was for sure... he couldn't trust the next thing that came out of their mouths.
 01[18:45] <Trevor> "Passing the time by sketching things together..." Yeah, crappy excuse.
[18:45] <Kuji> "..." Kuji looks at the sketch and back at Trevor... "...well, at least it's believable. So, what are you drawing now?"
 01[18:47] <Trevor> "We were just, uh... Drawing things at random in hopes that it could be strung together for a makeshift tale..."
[18:54] <Kuji> "So what's this tale about?"
 01[18:54] <Trevor> "We, uh... We were going to just take out the pages after we finished and hope that we could attempt to make sense of it..."
 [18:56] <Kuji> "..."
[18:56] <Kuji> "That's a little weird."
 01[18:57] <Trevor> "It may come across as unusual, but it was an exercise my tutor used to make me do... Her methods were perhaps unorthodox, but I can't question their effectiveness."
 01[18:58] <Trevor> Trevor's statement came out extremely rushed and forced.
[19:00] <Salino> "It's okay Trevor... you can tell Kuji if you're comfortable with it. No need to lie."
[19:17] <Kuji> Nah.
[19:17] <Kuji> It's just you haven't posted yet.
[19:18] <Kuji> Or.
[19:18] <Kuji> "Lie about what?"
 01[19:19] <Trevor> "Oh, it's, uh..." He looks at Salino. Damnit, why'd he have to throw him under the spotlight like that?
 06[19:20] * Salino seems to take the hint from Trevor's glare and frowns the biggest frown you ever did see. "S...Sorry pal..."
 01[19:21] <Trevor> "It's... It's alright, Salino... Don't pay too much mind to it..."

 06[19:22] * Kuji sighs. "If you don't want to say it, that's fine."
 01[19:24] <Trevor> "I... I don't mind; it's just that I'd rather..." He's trying to craft an excuse as to why he'd be able to not tell Kuji but tell Salino, and damnit he's failing at it.
[19:24] <Kuji> "..."
 06[19:24] * Kuji sighs. "Salino, do you want me to leave the room for a bit?"
 06[19:25] * Salino sighs and nods to Kuji. "Just a small bit... I'm sorry..."
[19:26] <Kuji> "No problem." Kuji stood up and left the room, grabbing another magazine to read while outside.
 01[19:29] <Trevor> <Kuji> "If... You really want, I can try and explain it later... Just... I..."
[19:30] <Kuji> <No problem.> is writing everywhere in his mind... it's clouding up something else.

[19:32] <Salino> "Sorry about that pal... I'm told I don't have common sense sometimes..."
 01[19:35] <Trevor> "Don't worry about it, Salino..."
 01[19:36] <Trevor> He picks the drawing pad back up... And his messenger bag also starts dragging along the floor.
[19:36] <Salino> Salino's mood dampers back down again... "So... those... were they visions? Of... well horrible things..."
 01[19:39] <Trevor> Trevor can't help but nod.
 06[19:40] * Salino notices the bag dragging around but at this point it doesn't phase him... he's too focused on the story at hand. "So... your powers... they were a curse... not a gift... I'm sorry..."
 01[19:44] <Trevor> "In essence..." He's... Kinda off right now.
 01[19:45] <Trevor> "The power to see through time... The capability to glimpse into the future, if even for a moment... It's... Not quite what it's portrayed to be..."
[19:47] <Salino> "Some things are meant to be forgotten... some things are better left unknown..." Salino is very somber from h is usual self. "I... may have been able to solve a lot of crimes thanks to these powers but... not without their toll on me..."
 01[19:55] <Trevor> "I just... It never made any particular sense to me... I'm not quite sure what I could have done in particular at that age that... She would have..."
 06[20:01] * Salino is teary eyed now. "There's nothing you could have done to deserve that... nobody deserves something like that..."
 01[20:08] <Trevor> "It's not entirely bad... A few... sacrifices... made here and there, but at this point I honestly can't imagine life without it..."
 01[20:10] <Trevor> Salino can easily tell that Trevor's gaze has wandered towards his... arm...

[20:14] <Salino> "...Are you okay... Trevor? There isn't... more to this is there?"

 01[20:24] <Trevor> Trevor just seems... Lost in his stare.
[20:26] <Salino> Salino wishes very much he could get up, much less move at all... and he punches the bed in frustration. "I'm sorry..."
 01[20:27] <Trevor> "There's... No need to apologize. Really, there isn't..."
[20:30] <Salino> "That last picture..." Salino noticed Trevor's fixated gaze on his mannquin arm but only just now did something click in his brain... "That vision... didn't exactly happen did it?"
 01[20:34] <Trevor> "It... No... Not quite..."
[20:40] <Salino> Salino plants a hand onto Trevor's should with a firm, but gentle grasp. "You don't have to talk about it anymore. It's okay pal... I never knew you had been through so much..."
 01[20:43] <Trevor> "It's... It's not a big deal... Honestly, it isn't... Besides, things were... probably better off this way, anyways..." Biggest. Lie. Ever.
[20:45] <Salino> "You don't have to act so tough pal... strength doesn't mean dealing with pain alone you know..." He sounds almost like a... father right now.
 01[20:54] <Trevor> "Really, it... It isn't... Looking at what I got out for it, an arm's a bargain..." His thoughts trail off as he... Leans backwards  on the bed, possibly onto Salino, or next to him... Basically throwing himself backwards.
[20:58] <Salino> Trevor plops down and his head lands on the bandage covered portion of Salino's stomach. Thankfull the injury is further up so Sal doesn't feel too much pain from it. He rests his arm back down at his side as Trevor kinda just lays there. "Not everything has to be logical... some things happen and they just don't make sense... good people get hurt and it... doesn't make sense at all."
 01[21:02] <Trevor> "I never claimed it was logical..."
 01[21:03] <Trevor> "Just that it was perhaps better in comparison to the alternative..."
[21:07] <Salino> "...You are a strong person Trevor... I can't say... I'm as strong as you. I would be screaming at the top of my lungs, wondering why something like that had to happen. But you... you've already accepted what's happened. I admire your strength."
 01[21:10] <Trevor> "I can't quite say it's strength moreso than it's just... Having had a while to adjust..."
 01[21:12] <Trevor> "Even the bloodiest of wounds become little more than scars with time..."
[21:14] <Salino> Salino simply shushes him, "It's all okay now pal... " He's trying his best to find some way to comfort Trevor but... he doesn't know how well he's doing.
 01[21:18] <Trevor> "When did I ever say it wasn't?"
 01[21:19] <Trevor> "As much as I appreciate your concern... I'm perfectly fine..."
[21:20] <Salino> (god Trevor is a touch egg to crack :<)
[21:21] <Salino> Salino sighs and lays his head back, closing his eyes in thought. "Yeah... I used to think the same thing about myself."
 01[21:27] <Trevor> Trevor gladly takes up this opportunity to divert the conversation to something else. "What would have made you thought otherwise?  01[21:29] <Trevor> And, with that, he readjusts himself on the bed so that he's still on it... But not on Salino if it can be helped.
[21:30] <Salino> "I used to think I was doing the best a person could do... that I was always on top of things and performing my A-Game... but really that was all a lie I was telling myself. I'm... not much of a man... things end in failure left and right when I'm involved. I'm nowhere near fine..."
[21:31] <Salino> Trevor manages to readjust himself so that he is lying to one side of Salino. Sal manages to scoot over a bit to allow him room.
 01[21:36] <Trevor> "I... Honestly can't imagine that," Trevor says as he finished adjusting himself. He... Kinda took off his blaer and put his other arm, along with it, on the side of the bed so as to take up less room for Salino.
 01[21:38] <Trevor> "You were able to apply your skills quite well to the Call at the Mansion..."
[21:40] <Salino> "You want to know the truth? ...I was scared out of my mind the entire time. I was only thinking of wanting to get out of that place... cops and detectives are supposed to be strong and courageous... I'm just a weak, scared excuse of a man..." Salino is still laying back with his eyes closed in thought. It is becoming apparent to Trevor just how badly this man's self-esteem is.
 01[21:50] <Trevor> "Well, Salino... You seem plenty strong to me... Being able to pull yourself through each day despite everything you claim is wrong..."
[21:52] <Salino> "Maybe I make it through each day myself... or maybe I'm just strung along by chance... I don't know. I mean look at me pal... Kuji wasn't even trying to do anything and I ended up in the hospital... It's pathetic..."
 01[22:01] <Trevor> "Well, it happens, I suppose..."
[22:04] <Salino> "...My problems must sound like a carnival compared to all that you've dealt with."
 01[22:10] <Trevor> "I'm not one to pass judgment on others' issues... Everyone has their own struggles to face, though they may take on different shapes and sizes."
[22:12] <Salino> "That's... You're very wise pal..."
 01[22:13] <Trevor> "Hardly..."
[22:16] <Salino> Salino just kind of starts laughing out of nowhere. What. "Haha... laying here talking... it's like you are the mature adult and I'm just some kid... I feel silly now..."
 01[22:18] <Trevor> "I can't say I haven't heard that before... Though in all honesty I'm merely reiterating that which has already been said before..."
[22:20] <Salino> "Say... uh... thanks Trevor."
 01[22:21] <Trevor> "Thanks? What for, Salino?"
[22:23] <Salino> "For coming to visit me and... forgiving me for earlier... and for listening to me ramble about my own problems when you have such big ones of your own. You're a great friend pal."
 01[22:25] <Trevor> "You say that as if it were anything worth receiving gratitude for..."
[22:28] <Salino> "Well... it IS worth gratitude... you didn't have to do any of that. Besides... it's really not that often that people care enough to listen... It really means a lot to me pal."
 01[22:29] <Trevor> "If you insist upon it..."
[22:32] <Salino> "I do....pal...." Salino suddenly yawns pretty loudly. Shit he just woke up how is he tired again?
 01[22:34] <Trevor> "Very well, then..." Trevor shrugs his shoulder.
[22:36] <Salino> You finally just hear some light snoring coming from Salino now. Seems he managed to pass out once again.
 01[22:37] <Trevor> Trevor looks over towards Salino, and can't help but give a weak smile... Though that smile fades just as fast as it had come...
 01[22:39] <Trevor> Some whimpering would be heard from Trevor if Salino were awake right now.
 01[22:40] <Trevor> ... As Trevor slowly cries himself to sleep.
 06[22:41] * Kuji knocks on the door. "Can I come in now?"
No response. Trevor and Salino are both asleep.
[02:26:44] <Kuji> Kuji sighed and sat down next to the bed. "...good night, guys."
