  1. theres like 2 times i can recall me planning to do karazhan with you and then when the time came for when we planned to do it, you already did it. i offered to do a maw 10 key with you that I had and you declined to do it with me. the countless m+ that you ran with and without guild members isn’t exactly by yourself. i liked running m+ with you but it seemed like you wanted to run less and less with me as the days went by. you’re assuming that i wasn’t on your side and I don’t know why that you think that. how many times have i pulled you out of discord from the raid team to a private channel to reassure you that you’re doing great and everything is good. you wanted to bench yourself on m odyn not too long ago because whether or not it was your fault, a mechanic was executed incorrectly and you died from it. i reassured you that it happens to everyone and that we need to get back in there. how many times did i talk to you about ru and what you need to do. how many times did i talk to you about telling people no and it being okay to do that because of how stressed out you were getting by people demanding you do it with them and getting upset when they didn’t. how many times have I tried to get you to do something different like running LFR with me and then you ending up enjoying it. how about even going as far back as when you first made your demon hunter and i made sure to do everything with you on my mistweaver so i could feed you gear. i can tell you without question that the few times a piece of gear came to you and myth, i always voted for you, because of how i knew you were more competent of a player than myth was. you keep going on these tangents about how nobody ever helped you but all you ever wanted to do anymore was just do m+ and grind it forever and ever and ever and even more after that. I’m just not sure where all of this sudden paranoia about not being appreciated came from. variance and I were clued in on a possibility you, farz, and one other person would be leaving the guild if the harpy/baph/myth situation wasn’t handled to the former 3’s benefit. i can tell you verbatim variance said “if it came down to blue and farm or harpy, baph, and myth; no question would I instantly gkick harpy and deal with the fallout than lose two of our teams strongest raiders”. you’re assuming so much without really giving it a second to think that maybe we are looking out on your behalf, did you ever think to consider that even tho people on cenarius were complaining about you jumping from the tree on boss pull and how they found it distracting/an issue or whatever. if for some reason it came to you doing that or losing the shit players that complained, i would choose to keep you. variance would do the same and so would cava and wiggles. you wanted to stop tanking in forte and stop tanking in blacklisted as well. that was done. we found another off tank to fill in when needed. i don’t know why you continue to assume that nobody appreciates what you’re doing or what you bring to the team, or even the guild as a whole. its like you’re forgetting that not only is a majority of blacklisted loot council people you know far and well will always look out for you, but the fact that variance (the best guild master I’ve ever had) is running the show and then wiggles, cava, and myself are guild officers trying to do what is beneficial for the guild, but more importantly our team, have a far stronger history with you than a majority of people in the guild. i told you earlier this morning that there have been politics with the team and i’ve been doing everything in my power to bridge the divide between us and ill advised; but as i also said, variance stated clearly that night hold is a fresh start as a team. theres no trials that we have to do with each other anymore, we’re now Blacklisted of the guild Over Raided and if raiders of our team aren’t performing well, they will get benched so the best raiders can be in on first kills of all progression. theres never once been a single doubt in my mind that you would miss out on a first kill. when I think of who is in on first kills, I think of Wiggles - Nez - Variance - Cava - Myself - and you. I keep saying it over and over because i just don’t know what it is you want me to say or do Blue, but I’m looking out for the people I like playing the game with and that is you, Cava, Wiggles, and Variance.
  2. even when we were the colored zebras and progressing in HFC, sharon went back to tanking and you swapped to your death knight. you were worried about not getting tier tokens for your DK and I did everything in my power to sway sharon to prioritize you over whoever the fuck else it was that got the token. I would get on my healer or get on my warlock and we would pug into HFC, queue into LFR, do the mythic dungeons for valor, do timewalking, do whatever it was that needed to be accomplished for the week and we would do it. you showed up late to the archimonde party and shit on everyones DPS (except mine because I healed our first kill on my MW) and came in first on the first kill that we had.
  3. theres never once been a time that I have ever sat back and thought, “wow that blue guy sure is a casual, he needs to git gud.” I never think that because you’re excellent at whatever you play. we RAF leveled a pair of new characters together, you literally leveled a warlock because i convinced you to even tho you logged out after casting shadow bolt once, but then i got you to get back in and keep going, and what do you fucking know? you told me, you told yourself, you damn near announced to the world that you weren’t going to level past level 90 until you beat kanrethad, one of the most DIFFICULT solo scenarios blizzard has ever made and you did it on a class that you had to pick up and learn in less than 2 weeks. theres been example after example after example of you proving to yourself and everyone around you that you’re not a shit player, that you’re not casual, and you’re actually very sharp and capable and willing to put forth whatever effort is necessary to come out on top.
  4. you joined late and ruimah tried to be a mentor to you on demon hunter and eventually realized too late that you were better than he is and his ego was getting the best of him making him behave erratically and trying to be a downer to you and make you feel bad and whatever the hell his goal was, it failed. you surpassed him on a class he had 3 months of a head start to learn. you consistently outperformed everyone in forte, except maybe tying in first with me depending on each others RNG each pull, when you were on your DK and i was on my mage. you unfortunately fixated on being perfectly itemized 100% of the time when 7.1.5 came out and lost a ton of gold, but while that is funny to smirk at, it just shows how committed you are to performing your best.
  5. I remember doing arenas with you last expansion and you coming out victorious because you spent god knows how long perfecting an entirely different style of gameplay that is PvP and 1v2 winning matches back to back. i just can’t think of any other examples where you don’t do the already assumed, coming out on top.
  6. the fact that fucking sharon, even tho Mavmike (the best holy paladin Ive ever known), helped guide sharon to where the Colored Zebras ended up, didn’t think to offer the first felsteel annihilator to him, or even me, or snoopert (but at the time snoopert was a flake and not really doing much so rip him); but sharon actually really seriously truly 100% GENUINELY thought about giving you the first mount that dropped because of how key you were to us getting the boss down.
  7. you’ve been one of the most helpful people to the guild, where it is now, where it was in the past, and where I wanted to see it go in the future. I’ve apologized multiple times in the past and even had an extended conversation about how I would make jokes or poke fun at you over small things, and even tho you took them seriously while I didn’t intend for it to be hurtful, the whole reason I made them in the first place is because once you’ve reached a certain level of skill, with evidence to back it up, over a long period of time, it’s expected that you have some sort of an ego to the point that jokes cracked or aimed at you about your dps or mechanic execution are understood to be just that, jokes. nothing serious.
  8. while it is true I’m upset and have a sort of begrudging attitude towards demon hunter because they acquired the best parts of what demonology warlocks made them so enjoyable to play, I’d rather it be you playing it because you passed the most difficult warlock trial ever, the fel fire quest.
  9. while it is true you do a lot of m+, nobody is wanting anything but the best legendaries, the best titanforging, the best relics to drop for you on whatever character you play because everyone knows you’ll put it to great use.
  10. ive said before to you, to variance, to cava, to everyone, like fuck i’ve almost gone to dubai so I could go to the top of the Burj Khalifa and scream at the top of my lungs that no matter how much content you do, no matter how much m+ you grind, now matter how well you know every m+ dungeon pull, affix, and strategy for beating it at the fastest possible rate, it has absolutely nothing to do with the QUALITY of the legendary you get.
  11. yes I think that there should of definitely have been some kind of tiered system for legendaries, the easier the content you consistently do - the less meaningful of a legendary you receive (prydaz/sephuz)
  12. the harder content, the mythic content, the 2800+ arena rating push, the actual difficult in game content that takes time, effort, practice, and skill to complete should reward the half giant ring
  13. it should reward the bis demonology belt
  14. but instead I’ve got 80% of my legendaries being generic just as you do
  15. and it sucks
  16. before I go
  17. 1. you’re appreciated, and without a doubt, I know every officer (save for Harpy who I still think knows how good you are) appreciates what you do for us.
  18. 2. just like variance has already shown before, he’s not scared to get out the rusty butcher knife and angrily lob off the excess fat slowing us down in progression. if someone is shit, they’re benched.
  19. 3. logically, the way loot was distributed last night was fair, balanced, and given more than just typed out thought in officer on who gets what tier tokens. every loot item sent out was made with caution and care. giving out tier wasn’t easy, whether it was a total increase of 4% of pushing 11% dos increases, everybody wants it and we have only so many that can drop.
  20. 4. there’s no question in my mind that when we kill heroic tier bosses, two cons tokens drop, I’d like to think i would get one and you would the other. if a single one dropped, because math supports it, you would get it over me. because I would VOTE for YOU. (just as I know cava, wiggles, and variance would, even if votes are given to others, the majority wins, and the majority is aligned to you)
  21. 5. i am sorry if you think you aren’t appreciated or valued, I don’t know why you would think that but I’ve told you multiple times you’re one of the best players we have and nobody wants to see you go. not even just on our team, but on the other teams like forte, and radiant, a lot of people in the guild enjoy you.
  22. 6. the walls of text i’ve sent you, i made sure to get out of bed and go to my computer to type out and send to you so you thoroughly understand the points I tried to make. I wouldn’t do that for anyone, only when something really serious, something really important needs to be addressed in this medium. this is one of those times.
