Uchū shingōshu Signalman!

Part one - Birth of the cosmic protector!

The planet Kotsu, a small light blue ball floating in a galaxy full of other small blue balls. But this one is special.
On this planet, a young boy would begin a journey he never planned.

"EMERGENCY REPORT - The space gang bowzock has been sighted in the area! it is estimated that they will be in our orbit within 15 minutes" a radio reported.

There was panic in the streets, all kinds of chaos. The bowzock ship began closing in, car parts raining from the sky!

A panicking couple ran back home, and grabbed there child out of his crib. "Im not sure we should do this" the mother said. "I mean, what if he does not get to that planet we're sending him too?"

The father looked at her. "Dont worry. I have chosen a path through a baron part of space. He'll end up on earth for sure." He placed his child in a very cartoonish blue and whire rocket ship, with a signal light on it.

He placed a small watch in the rocket with the child, and tucked him in. They were both Teary eyed, as they lit the fuse of the rocket. "good bye, son..." they tearfully waved, barely flinching from the rocket blast hitting them.
The rocket blasted through the atmosphere, speeding past the bowzock and various moons.

Weeks later, in a small town, another couple sat by the river. "Look at all those stars....so beautiful" the young woman said. "Ya....they're so bea-OH GOD MOVE!" he pushed her out of the way and dodged as the rocket touched down on earth.
"...what was that!?" the woman screamed, due to shock and minor hearing loss from the boom. They came closer, and the door of the rocket opened, revealing a baby. "its...a baby? Why is there a baby in a rocket?" the man said.

They picked him up, looking at the little one. He had short black hair, beautiful blue eyes, and a yellow and red blanket. "he's cute" the woman said. She rummaged through the rocket, and picked up the watch.
"what is this?" she held it in her hand, it glinting. "...eh, whatever" she threw it behind her, the man catching it in his free hand. "hmm..must have something to do with this little guy....lets keep him"

"Oh su-wait what?" she raised an eyebrow. "I said we should keep him. I mean, a little kid out in the forest? Are you insane?" he held him close. "...ya, you're right." she smiled gently.

"so, what should we call him?" she asked. "hmm....how about Kosmo?" he said. "....no" she said in a flat tone. "Eh, was worth a try. How about Rudy?" he asked. "Sounds good"
He looked at the kid. "hey little rudy...Im your daddy, Clark, and this is your mommy Mary"

-several less than expositional years later"

Part two - The protector gains his powers!

The DMV, a place of pain for many, but for Rudy, a place of wonderful traffic upholding and all the goodness he stands for. He hums happily, writing up some paperwork and other boring things.

"I could do this for weeks. I love my job" he said, in an ironically dreary setting with dim fluorescent lights and gray tile floors. He walks home after a fulfilling day of mediocrity, then going home.
When he gets back, he finds a present on his counter, with a note from his parents. 'we feel now is a good time for you to have this'. He opened it, and held the watch in his hands.

"Ooooo, shiny new watch" he placed it on his wrist, gazing at the 3 shiny lights behind the clock face. He then spotted a small button on the side of it, and he pressed it, as it flashed brightly, projecting an image onto the wall.

the image is of the two who sent him to earth, his original parents. "Hello, Shingo" the man said. "...you mean me?" Rudy said. "Yes, you." the woman said. "You may not know this, but you are not a normal human."
"you were sent to earth from planet kotsu, our home world. We sent you there to avoid the bowzock gang, but, as it seems, they were not exactly the toughest of enemies....so we kinda fought them off, after discovering how silly they are."
"But, they ran off toward earth. We estimate they should be there by the time you are 21. But hey, my math could be wrong." he shrugs. "w-wait, this is a lot to register here....Im an alien, and you sent me to earth, but now those...buzzsock guys or whatever are coming here?"
"Yes." his mother said. "....this is either a weird dream, or someone spiked my coffee again" he rubbed his temples in stress.

The lights under the watch face glow, and a alarm buzzes. "Hm..they must be at earth now" the father says. "Wait, what?! They're here?!" he screams, totally freaking out. "Just put on the watch, press the button again, and say 'signarmor on!', and then you can protect humanity!"
"...what?" he makes a confused and blank expression. "Just do it, or else the plot wont progress" the mother says. "Alright, alright." he puts it on. "We recommend you go find where they're attacking first, then do it" Rudy nods.
He speeds off toward town square, his weak little legs getting a heckuva workout.

Part three - Enter Bowzock!

Inside the bowzock bar, president gynamo goes over battle plans with zelmoda and the gorotsuki. "The plan is simple:we go down to earth, wreck everything, steal there cars, and then enlist there punks in our armor!" he began cackling.
they all cheered drunkenly, and zelmoda pats him on the back. "Great plan, sir! There armies will fall before us...unlike those fracking people on kotsu. I dont even know how we lost..!" he slams his shot glass on the floor, shattering it.
"contain yourself, zelmoda. These earthlings are much less advanced. They shouldn't be too hard to take down" he chugs back his drink.

Grotch ran in screaming. "Gynamo! Gynamo! We are nearing earth!" Gynamo smirked and stood up.  "Excellent. Zelmoda, get the wumpers ready to invade" He steps on the glass from the broken shot glass, and cringes. "...and clean this up!"

Part four - Climactic battle!

The wumpers landed in the town square, terrorizing the town, firing ink to make grafitti on the walls, gynamo cackling. "This is wonderful! Such delicious and elequint chaos!" he pumped his fist happily. The gorotsuki leading the wumpers, HH Muchi, held his whip and fedora in his hand, cheering on his wumper troops.
Rudy was panting when he finally got to the town square, seeing all the chaos. His face turned pale, and he gulped. "...I am not ready for this!" the hologram of his father came out of the watch. "Do you really want to let your planet to be taken over by some smelly drunkard bikers?"
"...no!" he takes a heroic stance. "Those punks are not just disobeying the laws of earth, but they're disobeying the laws of the rest of space!" he stepped closer to the group. "Hey! Ugly!" gynamo turned toward him. "Who the frack are you?! Oh who cares. Wumpers, sick him!" the wumpers closed in on him like a group of vicious dogs.
Rudy screamed, and punches wildly, managing to hit, and knock out, each of the wumpers. "...maybe I can do this!" he smiles. "Then use the freaking watch already!" his father's hologram angrily yells. "Alright alright!"

"...Signarmor on!" he presses the button, as a green, yellow, and red light shine on him, the armor forming out of metal flakes from the area. His brilliant blue armor shines in the light, the signal lights on his armor glowing.

"What the?! Who are you now?!" Gynamo and Muchi scream almost in unison. "...who am I? Who are you? From what I see, you are a criminal group of bikers, and you have broken several laws. Not just laws here, but laws throughout space! And I am here to arrest you for them!"
His signal lights begin flashing brightly in there faces. "Gah! Stop that!" He steps closer to them. "I will arrest you for all your crimes, for I am the champion of traffic. The Blue Senturion who watches over earth! I am....Signalman!"

-cue epic explosions from behind signalman-

Gynamo scowls. "I dont care if you're the fracking space pope! We're taking you down! Wumpers, HH Muchi - Attack!"

HH Muchi nods, and puts on the fedora. "Yeeehaw! Right away, boss!" he swings the whip around, smacking the wumpers across there faces, knocking them comically on there faces. "...umm....Anywho, I'll take him down solo, boss!" he whips at signalman.
"Yah!" signalman dodges, and ducks behind a wall. "What do I do? What do I do?! WHAT DO I DO?!" he is panicking hard, and then pulls at a handle on his side, it pulling out a bit. "hmmm..." he stands up and pulls out further. 'activate - Traffic Lancer' it says into his helmet.
He holds out his sword, swinging at muchi's whip . Muchi growls. "Grrrr! you did it now, boy!" he spins like a top, and begins whipping at signalman. Signalman jumps back, and the green light on his suit glows. 'Traffic Lancer - Speeder mode' his helmet says. His sword glows green.
Signalman feels a rush of energy, and then speeds at muchi, slashing at his whip, cutting it into little segments. "W-what?! You little cotton pickin runt!" he pulls out his pistol and begins to shoot at signalman. The red light on signalman's suit glows now, as the blade glows red. 'Traffic Lance - Stopping mode'
He slashes at the bullets, literally stopping them in midair! "Now, time to bring you to justice...or kill you, whichever this yellow one does!" the yellow light on his suit glows now. 'Traffic Lancer - Cuffing mode' the helmet says. The blade now glows yellow. "Cuffing....SLASHER!" He slashes at muchi, making a big S on his chest.
Muchi coughs hard, and gags. "Little varmint...!" he explodes, a little ball falling to the earth, containing a really tiny little HH Muchi in it.

Gynamo steps back. "Grgg....Retreat!" he runs off and teleports up to the ship. Signalman waves goodbye to them. "And good riddance! ...they're gonna keep trying this every week, are they?" "pretty much" his holo-father says.

-and thus ends the grand first adventure of "Uchū shingōshu Signalman!"-
