1. tone down the noise filter please.
2. consider removing the "scratches" texture from the image effect, and only using noise.
3. on the right panel, the noise scales weirdly. all the pixels are tall. maybe because of the panel's aspect ratio?

14. Why do I fail a contract if I don't have a warrant but am in the same city and ask aroung? Am I supposed to travel somewhere else until I'm safely behind?
