- Make sure you got an iOS Developer account and the latest Xcode + command line tools installed
- 1. Download iResign (http://cl.ly/050g013f3g3o)
- 2. Download WhatsApp ipa (https://dev2.whatsapp.net/ios/WhatsApp/WhatsApp.ipa)
- 3. Put them in a folder together like WhatsAppResign or something like that
- 4. Open iResign
- 5. at "path/to/app.ipa" you drag the WhatsApp.ipa in
- 6. (Only Applicable if not using Wildcard Provisioning Profiles) Create a Wildcard Provisioning Profile in the dev center
- 7. Install the Provisioning Profile on the device and drag in the second field on iResign
- 8. Select in the Bottom Dropdown Menu your Developer ID
- 9. Leave rest of the fields empty
- 10. Click "ReSign!"
- 11. After it's done, drag it to iTunes and let it overwrite the old version
- 12. Go to your device in iTunes. Select Apps. Search for WhatsApp and make sure it updates to your phone
- 13. Click Apply and it will synchronize your phone and it will update WhatsApp to the beta version
