  1. This is a question I have asked myself after all this drama. When did pixel walking become illegal? These "abuses" has been used in cs:go since the start of the game, and it has never been complaints about it once. Now one of them gives a huge advantage, and it's suddenly a fucking sin to be using one? I'm fairly certain that the fnatic guys did not think about this being illegal at all. They found an awesome boost, which they could get a free win from, and used it. Should valve patch it? Definitely. But should we hunt fnatic down because of it? You even saw NiP use one of these on overpass in their game against planetkey, the same one got used by flipsid3 versus navi as well.[1] So pros obviously know about this "exploit", and uses it.

  3. Aren't they hypocrites for using the exploit themselves, and then whining about someone finding a better way to exploit it? You can call fnatic cowards and bad sports for using this boost, but when using this particular exploit is common and accepted in the scene, crucifying them is just not right. It's obvious that people have been trying to find cool boosts on overpass, every team does them, fnatic just found the best one. The spot is definitely overpowered, and should be removed, but I feel like people are overreacting. If the boost makes them see through walls, like a screenshot suggest, thats a different case, and another discussion all together.

  5. We need consistency in the rules, and if fnatic gets disqualified for this, that is definitely something we don't have. If fnatic gets diqualified for this, admins will have to watch players closely after this, and no pixelwalking should be allowed ever again. It might be in the rulebook, but should it when it gets used as often as it does? It actually is a quite common exploit, especially on new maps, and it has been used a lot over the span of cs:go.

  7. It might have been blown up because the team that used it was fnatic, and they have been in the spotlight for the past week because of this cheating scandal.
  8.
  9. This is how I look at it at least.

  11. Here are some pixelwalking spots. Some of them might actually not be though, and there are probably a lot more of them. These were just the ones I remembered right now.[2]

  13. I will respect the admins for any decision they take. I just feel like people are not thinking this all the way through, and just jumping on the "hate-fnatic-train".
