[20:42]	`GM	[After dallying and perhaps dallying for undisclosed amounts of time, Jonah and Liu regroup in the clinic as previously arranged to begin their cryptic "responsibility".]
[20:43]	`GM	[Kitkat busies herself sorting through an old leather doctor’s bag, making sure everything is in place.]
[20:44]	Jonah	arrives.
[20:44]	Liu	upon having changed, is sticking as close to Jonah as possible without actually touching him.
[20:46]	Kitkat	is quite focused, and does not notice them enter. She grabs the folder the Colonel gave her and double-checks a list on it.
[20:47]	Jonah	whistles.
[20:47]	Kitkat	turns, snapping the case shut in reflex.
[20:47]	Kitkat	"Oh, woah, h-here already?"
[20:48]	Jonah	"Well, better get it over with as soon as possible."
[20:48]	Kitkat	still seems to be a little off her game; clearly she knows something they don't.
[20:48]	Liu	"What's in there?"
[20:48]	Liu	's curiosity gets the better of her, and she attempts to peek at the folder
[20:50]	Kitkat	glances at the bag and slides it behind her back, before pulling the folder back as well. Liu doesn't manage to glean anything important past some blurred paragraphs of text and an unrecognizable picture.
[20:50]	Kitkat	"Hey! This is mine! YOU'RE the one being punished; I'm just here in case anything goes wrong!"
[20:51]	Kitkat	sticks her tongue out at the dragon girl haughtily.
[20:51]	Liu	"Wh- now you're just being mean!"
[20:51]	Liu	draws back, crossing her arms.
[20:52]	Kitkat	seems offended as well, and does the same.
[20:52]	Kitkat	"Me?! You're the one who punched him so hard he snapped! Or at least, that's what I heard!"
[20:53]	Jonah	"Boy, here we go." He grunts. "So it really IS a punishment of some sort."
[20:53]	Liu	opens her mouth to reply, but instead, a fresh set of tears starts to rolling down her cheeks.
[20:54]	Kitkat	sighs...
[20:55]	Jonah	"Hey I didn't do anything this time."
[20:55]	Kitkat	"Ah jeez, what nyow? Here, here, don't do that..."
[20:55]	Jonah	backs off.
[20:55]	Kitkat	leans in and brushes the tears away. Her paw tickles Liu's cheeks.
[20:55]	Liu	"...Sorry..."
[20:56]	Liu	mutters, trying to wipe the tears as well. With a loud sniff, she manages to stop crying.
[20:58]	Kitkat	"Look, I, uhh... I'm just trying to do what Wally told mye. I want 'im to trust me, n'stuff..."
[20:58]	Jonah	"Now that funny. It took me one death to change you from emotional outburst dragon to a crybaby."
[20:58]	Jonah	laughs.
[20:58]	Jonah	"Guess me dying has a good side after all."
[20:59]	Liu	hits his shoulder with the back of her hand, hard enough to seriously sting
[20:59]	Jonah	"ow what the hell-"
[21:00]	Liu	glares tearful daggers at him
[21:00]	Kitkat	looks around, just realizing something.
[21:01]	Kitkat	"Hey, where'd uhh... That one girl, where'd shinygirl go?"
[21:01]	Liu	"Sumi?"
[21:01]	Liu	looks around as well
[21:01]	Jonah	"Edi?"
[21:01]	Jonah	snickers.
[21:01]	Liu	"Eddy's a terrible name for a girl,"
[21:02]	Liu	protests
[21:02]	Jonah	"Jokes."
[21:02]	Jonah	makes a plane flying gesture.
[21:02]	Jonah	"Your head."
[21:03]	Kitkat	"Well, let's just get this over with... C'mon."
[21:03]	Kitkat	waves them over as she grabs the bag and folder and heads out the door.
[21:04]	Liu	glowers at Jonah and sniffles, then follows
[21:05]	Jonah	is satisfied making fun of Liu. He follows.
[21:06]	Kitkat	leads them down into the basement, which has tighter hallways and less paint, but is at least mostly free of cobwebs.
[21:07]	Kitkat	stops in front of a door and turns around, taking a deep breath.
[21:07]	Liu	jolts, nearly running into her
[21:08]	Kitkat	"Woah-oh, easy, sorry, I forgot to tell myou it's right here."
[21:08]	Ai`	nods.
[21:09]	Ai`	didn't bother to inform anyone as she followed the trio downstairs, but there she is, towards the back.
[21:09]	Kitkat	"Nyow, I'm, uhh... I mean, Wally said I can't tell myou what's gonna happen, because it's totally nyour responsibility to figure it out for nyourself, or... something like that."
[21:09]	Kitkat	"Oh, hiAi!"
[21:10]	Jonah	"What the heck? Isn't this a military insta-"
[21:10]	Jonah	then was reminded of what he was told earlier.
[21:10]	Jonah	"...."
[21:10]	Ai`	"Hello."
[21:10]	Ai`	addresses Kitkat specifically, but also the others.
[21:13]	Kitkat	"Anyways, it PROBABLY shouldn't kill myou...? I mean, I guess nyou're all pretty strong. Al least that's what Wally said, so, nyeah!"
[21:14]	Ai`	tilts her head just a bit.
[21:14]	Ai`	"This is a lethal threat to them?"
[21:14]	Kitkat	shrugs and shakes the leather bag.
[21:15]	Kitkat	"Don't worry, if it goes to hell, I'm ready!"
[21:15]	Liu	wraps her arms around herself, particularly touching her back
[21:15]	Kitkat	is getting unusually chipper all of a sudden.
[21:16]	Ai`	eyes her with something shadowing suspicion for a short moment, but it shows for only an instant.
[21:16]	Ai`	"If there is danger, I should enter first."
[21:16]	Jonah	"hey hey hey."
[21:16]	Jonah	put his hand in front of Ai, stopping her.
[21:17]	Jonah	"I am not as chicken as to let a girl do that."
[21:17]	Jonah	"Back off. I'll take point."
[21:17]	Liu	puts her hands forcefully on Jonah's shoulders
[21:17]	Liu	"No you won't."
[21:17]	Jonah	"If it's true, I won't die."
[21:18]	Ai`	"You will die."
[21:18]	Jonah	"well, die yes, but not DEAD dead."
[21:18]	Ai`	tries rerouting to avoid Jonah.
[21:18]	Ai`	"I am not a girl, and I cannot die."
[21:18]	Ai`	"There is no reason to go before me."
[21:18]	Jonah	"...well, if you put it like that."
[21:18]	Jonah	shrugs.
[21:19]	Jonah	"Sure, Battlestar Galactica."
[21:19]	Kitkat	rolls her eyes.
[21:19]	Ai`	's eyes linger on Jonah a moment longer than they normally would before approaching the door.
[21:19]	Kitkat	"Would nyou just get in there already? 'Cause nyow I wanna see how this turns out!"
[21:20]	Liu	waits for Sumi to pass before releasing Jonah
[21:20]	Kitkat	opens the door and holds a hand out, ushering them inside.
[21:20]	Ai`	strides in first, running a constant 360 LIDAR scan.
[21:22]	Kitkat	[It’s… a pantry! The pantry is more of a miniature grocery store, with numerous rows of shelves both in the center of the room and on the walls, filled with all varieties of cans, boxes, and bags. The food contained within could easily feed a dozen people for a year. The lighting is adequate, though dim.]
[21:22]	Liu	's eyes widen her arms and jaw dropping limply
[21:22]	Jonah	"huh, food storage."
[21:23]	Jonah	"Arranging food storage for a punishment? sure, I'd take this over getting shot at any day."
[21:23]	Ai`	silently takes pictures of numerous foods. She doesn't have much to compare with, but some of her homeworld's flora looked similar at least in part.
[21:25]	Kitkat	follows the three inside and shuts the door.
[21:26]	Kitkat	"Pssh, myou wouldn't nyeed mye for that if myou were, Joe~"
[21:26]	Kitkat	"Ny'alright there, Liu?"
[21:27]	Liu	"Y-yeah, it's nothing!"
[21:27]	Liu	waves off. Her stomach growls.
[21:27]	Kitkat	"C'mon, it's over here..."
[21:28]	Ai`	follows.
[21:30]	Liu	follows immediately after, her tail keep Jonah behind her
[21:31]	Jonah	made a sound resembling annoyed bull.
[21:32]	Kitkat	leads them over to a back corner, wherein sits a box-like object underneath a white sheet. A large sign is taped onto the top which reads, “Property of Colonel Walt Samuelson. Untested material; do not tamper.”
[21:32]	Kitkat	"Well, there you go, folks!"
[21:34]	Jonah	"Looks explodey."
[21:34]	Ai`	"No further instructions?"
[21:35]	Kitkat	"Oh, nyou don't have to worry about it, Ai; they're the ones that gotta figure it out."
[21:36]	Kitkat	rubs Ai's shoulder.
[21:36]	Liu	"...What do we do with it?"
[21:36]	Kitkat	"You can stand back here with mye~!"
[21:37]	Kitkat	"Huh? Oh, you tamper with it! Duh!"
[21:37]	Jonah	"Well, you open it, Deathstar."
[21:37]	Ai`	glances to Kitkat before continuing.
[21:37]	Ai`	"I will open it, and then stand by."
[21:38]	Liu	"W-why are we tampering with it?!"
[21:38]	Kitkat	tugs on Ai's arm.
[21:38]	Kitkat	"Aww, c'mon, let them get blown up first!"
[21:39]	Ai`	pauses.
[21:39]	Ai`	"You would show concern if they were in harm's way. I will step back."
[21:39]	Ai`	follows Kitkat's lead away from the mysterious box.
[21:41]	Kitkat	"Nyeah, nyow myou're getting it, Ai!"
[21:43]	Jonah	"Uh, now that you mentioning the blowing up part..."
[21:43]	Jonah	steps back.
[21:43]	Kitkat	glares at Jonah and points at him angrily.
[21:43]	Liu	not nearly as reassured, Lie swallows, stopping toward the box and moving to open it, tense on her toes.
[21:43]	Kitkat	"Hey! Nyou! Boyman! Get myourself punished, dang it!"
[21:43]	Liu	*Liu
[21:45]	Jonah	"Who would run into a deathtrap voluntarily?!"
[21:45]	Liu	*stepping
[21:46]	Ai`	chips in with the spirit of Kitkat's commentary.
[21:46]	Ai`	"Think. Only you resurrect."
[21:46]	Kitkat	[Underneath the sheet is a long wooden crate made of rough wood, with straw sticking out of the slats. The top is nailed shut, and by the dents and stains on it it looks to be rather old. A faded ink stencil on the top still remains, but is difficult to read.]
[21:46]	Ai`	adds in one hint for good measure.
[21:47]	Jonah	"Huh. whazzat?"
[21:48]	Kitkat	"It's a box. Duh."
[21:49]	Liu	takes deep breaths as she attempts to pry open the top
[21:53]	Kitkat	[The box is shoddy, but not THAT shoddy. Without the use of a crowbar or other proper tool, Liu takes a while to pry the top off, sending the sound of creaking wood resonating through the pantry.]
[21:54]	Kitkat	[Something very vaguely cylindrical is wrapped in an olive-colored blanket inside, cushioned by the straw.]
[21:55]	Jonah	"Why the heck is there's a straw there?"
[21:56]	Kitkat	inches a little closer, getting somewhat curious herself.
[21:58]	Liu	, fed up with waiting, yanks away the blanket, throwing it over her shoulder
[21:58]	Ai`	moves with the kat-girl.
[22:01]	Kitkat	[It’s a girl. She’s very thin and very pale, wearing a dirty white jacket, self-shortened short-shorts, and a red bikini top, none of which come close to matching each other. A pageboy cap is shoved down over her face, but it can’t obscure her messy hair, which would be bubblegum pink if it wasn’t covered in dirt and straw. She wobbles after having the blanket pulled from her, but otherwise keeps motionless.]
[22:03]	Ai`	peers with great curiosity. An individual similar to Panzer?
[22:03]	Kitkat	tries to peek her head off to the side to get a good look without actually looking like she's getting a good look.
[22:03]	Liu	blinks
[22:05]	Kitkat	yelps excitedly.
[22:05]	Kitkat	"OHMAHGAWD, SHE'S SO CUTE!"
