Here's a good Falco practice routine for beginners or player's who've been playing for a while. Feel free to add, remove or change drills depending on your needs. Have fun practicing!

Setup: Fox on FD, D-pad down, Y+D-pad up

Wavedash (3min)
Dash wavedash (2min)
Dash dance across stage (2min)
Wavedash across stage (2min)
Dash backwards (30s)
Dash back JC grab (2min)
Short hop (30s)
Approaching lasers (3min)
Retreating lasers (3min)
Turn around lasers (3min)

Change stage to Dreamland, Yoshi's or Battlefield

Platform drop lasers (1min)
Double jump laser + platform drop lasers (1min)
Double jump double laser + platform drop laser (1min)
Waveland off platform > short hop double laser back on platform (1min)
Ledgedash (3m)
Move out of shine (wavedash, jc, etc.) (2min)
Waveland shine on platform (2min)
Shine waveland on platform (2min)
Waveshine dash (30s)
Waveshine dash back (30s)
Side-B shorten (1min)
Firebird stall (1min)
Shield drop (2min)

Shine nair shield pressure (1min)
